I worked for melaleuca for about a month. worst company I have ever seen. They rip you off and lie to you, do not go with this company do not buy from them. they say you have to have up to 35 points when you order or you will get a backup order. you can't order one thing no it must be up to 35 points. and that 35 points was always over a hundred dollars for me. it's like your forced to buy something monthly you have no choice or they will send a backup order and hit your card for it. nothing but a thorn in my side. and also I was never sent a paycheck like that said after correcting something. so there's that as well

I tried canceling my account with Melaleuca on November 30th because I did not want to be charged again. Still, Melaleuca took 3 Days to process my cancellation, guaranteeing that they would charge me for a backup order, which totals to around $67. Now I have to go through a lengthy process to get my refund versus them just simply having an easy account cancellation process. You can't tell me that this isn't' intentional...

I truly like the products but customer service sucks. I didnt have the money one month so I called to skip a month. Surprize, I was told I cant skip a month I have to cancel. So I told them to cancel my account. Well they charged my account and shipped it anyway. I had to close my card out and get another one to stop them from taking my money. I disputed it with my bank and I got my money back. Now they are harassing me telling me I owe them for shipping. Don't ever sign up with them they do what they want with your hard earned money!!!!!

Total greenwashing. Products are NOT natural, they stink of synthetic fragrances. Maybe they use some natural ingredients, like many industrial companies; but they sure use toxic stuff. A good indicator of their dishonesty is the fact that they do NOT disclose their ingredient list (seriously?! no company proud of its ingredients would keep them a secret). The fact that they are a pyramid marketing scheme raises trust issues from the start. Also, using "essential oils" does not make them healthy; they could be synthetically made, or extracted with chemical solvents, contrarily to pure and natural essential oils.

They Lie and Steal!! They aren't exactly upfront with everything. They don't offer a 100% money back guarantee. I returned some products but didn't get my money back. I called at the beginning of the month before my backup order was even shipped, I had the UPS app, to track my orders and was lied to. They refused to stop the order. So I tracked the order and just refused it. I told them I wanted to cancel my membership. She told to me watch for a paper I had to sign and send back. I waited 3 weeks for this email, nothing. But I read reviews of other saying this never came and they would continue to charge them for back up orders. So I just went to my bank and got a new debit card. I refuse to allow them steal my money I am not playing games. Their products are not what they claim and I was not happy with them. And they cost way more than what I was using. Save yourself money and a headache and stay away from this company. Not worth it.

I joined on November 20, 2019 and CANCEL it on the 21st of November 2019. I started some researcher on them only to discover that it's not for me at all.. I do not understand why I have to spend over a hundred dollars to try some products which might not work for me and my family. I CANCEL my debit card and told my bank I had did something stupid YES stupid. I was unable to change my card on my account which left me no other choice to cancel my debit card. When you give a company like "Melaleuca" your card information they can do what every they want. Not with me I have learned my lesson a long time ago. So people just cancel your card and pay for a replaced if you have to with your bank. I rather pay the bank 5 or 10 for a replacing of a card than pay 100.00 for products that I do not think that would work all that well anyway.

Terrible. They say they are a non toxic company, however, they dont clearly list things on the label. Then, I followed instructions to quit, and they conveniently never recieved it. This company is crap. There are far better options out there.

CRAP customer service. They won't let you see the products and prices before you sign up, so then you sign up and you put stuff in your back up order, so you do and then they completely ignore it and send you a box of the most random junk you'll never use and then ignore your questions and emails
