Do NOT do business with this cult. They sucked my parents into their scam pyramid scheme and stole from them. My father was obsessed with the company and invested so much money into their marketing packages and products that he couldn't pay bills and almost lost his house. My mother attempted to close the account for months, but Melaleuca still removes money from her checking account randomly. She now has Alzheimer's, so I can't do anything to stop this theft. I can't close her checking account, since this is the account she receives her retirement in and she is not able to open a new account because of her condition. This company needs to be shut down.

I was a member for over 5 years, when I ordered an eye liner it was dried out, could not use it. When I complained they wanted me to pay for the return shipping. I decided they can keep my $9, and I will cancel my membership

For anyone thinking about joining melaleuca do not. If you cannot afford to spend $80+ dollars EVERY month on 3 products DO NOT DO THIS. The enrollers want you to join because they want to make money off of you that's it. They are not all green like they say they are, its such a waste of money all that money could've gone to better purposes. I am ashamed at them for taking advantage of me a single mother looking to make money. I am also upset at myself for spending over $800 in 5 months but sometimes people have to learn lessons the hard way. Please heed my advice and do not trust this company. I received a check for 1.98 after spending 89$ in product. Experience was annoying to say the least.

Horrible customer service. I pay to be a preferred member yet I get charged for shipping and when an accident order went out they wanted me to pay to return it. This company has no values and is concerned with money over satisfaction. I spoke with them to come up with a resolution and there was no room for resolution without charging me more money.

I gave this company a chance. I enjoyed their cleaning products enough to sign up as a preferred member. I decided to give this company 6 months before Committing to selling. Well their deal is if you do not make an order then they will send you a gentle reminder, then after a few weeks they will order for you. Two months in a row they billed me on the first of the month. No warning! Just charged me $100 and sent me random products I would never order. Their customer service lied and said I was billed long before. I spoke with my bank to find out they lied. I checked my emails for my gentle warning to make an order. No email! They gave me less than 24 hours on the first of the month Just to bill me $100. The only product I liked was the sol u Mel. Besides that, they aren’t good products. Bug spray doesn’t work, muscle cream is mediocre, makeup is over priced. To top it off, their vitamins do not have good quality ingredients. Don’t waste your time.

Products are decent but no better than what you can get at the store just by checking labels. Now the problem is canceling. Any company, no matter how good they do anything else, if they make it take more than one click to stop a membership then they will rip you off whenever they can. Also got a soy item when specifically filtering out soy items.

A Disaster. They Force agents to ship products and the clients do not even know they are getting. They ship what ever to meet that monthly goal for the sales person. I spoke with a lovely lady about it but still have to send e-mail to cancel after explaining 1000 times that I never got anything. A disaster!!!!
