Makes it hard to cancel your membership. They have horrible costumer service!

Company is a joke. 35 points a month seemed easier than it was. It has been equaling out to $80-90 a month in product. For the select products I like, it's cheaper to purchase without membership when/if needed. I only had one issue with an order but had to call to talk to someone instead of emailing a customer service rep, which is fine, just not the most convenient. To sign up, you just enter your credit card, but to cancel you have to jump through all the hoops including sending them an actual signed form to cancel, which is makes no sense considering you do not need to physically sign anything for them to accept your money just when you want to take it away. Typical multi-level marketing company & I should have known better.

This company is a joke. The only reason they’re in business is because they get you on the hook to pay $65/month, then they send you random boxes of crap every month. They do pretend studies to convince people who don’t usually read books that their products have been tested. They own the companies that do the fake studies. They make it nearly impossible to cancel, and every representative will tell you something different. They’re kind and incompetent. Would highly recommend staying as far away from these yahoos as you can, it’s not worth it.

This review like my last will probably get removed, but avoid this terrible scam! They even have me canceled, but strong holded my bank for another $65 and I never even got the order. This will not go without repercussions. Its just another pyramid scheme that have their loyalist brainwashed like a cult. Bad service, owner is anti LGBTQ and good luck canceling. I don't spend nearly as much getting real Natural environment safe products at my local store. Way expansive for below avg product. If you like waisting money and giving to an evil company, go for it.

The products are okay. The only issue with this company is that even when you cancel with them, they still keep sending products and taking money from your card even after you have returned it. Customer service is very sketchy. I and my wife won't ever be returning to this company as customers again as they don't follow their own cancellation policy. I advise others to research this company before signing up because it sounds like you'll get rich fast

The part that always seemed messed up with me is the fact you are FORCED TO BUY their product each month. No if ands or buts. You have no choice. This right here is the biggest red flag. No moral company would force their customers into buying $65 a month plus. This right here is a racket and just ways to guarantee sales for them. Those here who says the bad reviews are wrong, trust me, they are 100% accurate. Terrible customer service. Products are fair at best and overpriced. People are fooled by their sales approach. Canceling is near impossible and they will keep withdrawing money from your bank each month. They say its a simple process, but that is far from the truth. One lie after another with this SCAM COMPANY! What a racket! Still trying to cancel my membership. If I knew then what I knew now, I would never have tried them. Wish I looked here first. TERRIBLE GREEDY COMPANY THAT DOES NOT CARE FOR THEIR PEOPLE!!

I am extremely disappointed for taking Melaleuca membership. Products are not worth it. You have to purchase their minimum requirement. They entice you with "Loyalty Shopping Dollar" that is a gimmick. Please do not fall into that deception. Shipping charge is very high. I became very sick after taking a product. The label on the product is extremely small, and have to have a pair of magnifying glasses to read it. No kidding. I missed work for a week and a half. I took the product for a few days not knowing the danger of it. I went through severe abdominal cramping, vomiting, diarrhea, rashes, and headache. My Provider has record of these since I have visited the provider twice, besides COVID tests twice. The company supposed to compensate for the problems they caused me. After all, as I approached Melaleuca to cancel my membership, they got me going through circles, very bad experience. They made it clear, "this is how they do it." If you want to cancel membership, "there is a process to go through", but to sign up, no wait that is instant. Interestingly enough, they offered me a refund for the product that was less than what I paid. They insisted that the refund credited onto my cancelled credit card! They are that smart!! What a waste of my time and money! I totally regret for taking membership with Melaleuca. The agents are there to make a buck. If I were reading the reviews, I would not have done this to me. I hope the readers learn from others mistake!
