Unfortunately dealing with this company has not been a good experience after they sent me an email saying they were sending me a backup order because I did not know I was a quote-unquote preferred membership customer because I thought I was just doing a one-time order they refuse to cancel my membership even though I sent several emails to the info at melaleuca.com like they tell you to so after the fourth email they send out a backup order anyway even though they had got an email telling me I wanted to cancel they could keep charging me I will continue to write reviews to update other people as to how long this process is taken so far it's been 6 weeks for email saying I don't want anything cancel my membership they sent out a backup order anyway and now it is been 10 days of them trying to take payment from my credit card even though I have had them blocked from my card.

The scam that these people run should be illegal. I had to turn to my credit card company because meleluca refused to discontinue my subscription and continued to bill me against my consent. These people should be ashamed at how this company is operating and this should be illegal. Telling me I have to jump through hoops in order to unsubscribe.. very unhappy. Will earn people about this scam before they get trapped as I did.

Please do not do any business with this company. It is impossible to cancel your account once you have one. I've been trying for several months, and they will continue to charge your card every month that you are struggling to end the account. I tried returning hundreds of dollars worth of unopened, untouched vitamins that I didn't want. They took the products, but I never saw a dime from it. I have already lost HUNDREDS of dollars and I'm still trying to make it stop. Run away from this company unless you want to spend 70$+ on worthless products for the rest of your life. And even then, I'm sure they'll start charging your relatives instead. Could not be any less happy with this company.

The products are good, but the preferred membership plan is complicated. The canceling process is unbelievably tedious!! I had to: 1. Receive their email 2. Wade through all kinds of “come back” to Melaleuca literature. 3. Print the cancellation form 4. Fill out the full page of info. 5. Send form back to Melaleuca, signed. I also wanted to have my credit card removed but they would not do it until the account was cancelled. They have an “autopay” system on Preferred Members forced, monthly orders. Good grief!

Nic dziwnego, że same dobre opinie są tylko i wyłącznie od "konsultantek". Osobiście radze unikać jakichkolwiek kontaktów z tą firmą.

It took TWO weeks for someone to call me back regarding a fraudulent charge... claiming that the treasury department couldn't find the charge. Then they found the charge and let me know who placed the order online, but we have no one at the company by that name.... ALSO, the order was placed in Mexico City, MEXICO and we are in TEXAS... Melalecua advised me on 11.03 that we should see a refund in 3-5 days. NOPE, LIES. They charged us AGAIN on 11/10 - SO BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS! And I still have yet to hear back from Isaac, who helped me on the phone the first time two weeks ago who advised me we would have a refund on our card... Seems sketchy to me if you ask me.

Horrible company! Obviously the good reviews are from people who sale their products 🙄
