I did not receive my shipments for 4 months and Melaleuca kept charging my Bank Account. Months later after many phone calls, Melaleuca gave me a refund for 3 of the undelivered packages and they played dumb like they didn’t have to give me a refund for the undelivered package in October 2020. Again I had to argue with “Managers” that listen to your whole story and then they tell you they can’t help but they will bring someone else to help! By the third person you speak with, now your talking with someone with some brains and authority! This lady told me they are giving me a refund for the merchandise I did not receive; but I still had to pay $8.94 for the “shipping”! This is the kind of B.S. Melaleuca will give you as they apologize all sympathetic and at the end that ask, “Is there anything else I can do for you!” The worse customer service ever! Their overpriced vitamins have the same potency as the basic brands at your pharmacy. Don’t be fooled by the nice marketing; they just want you think this is a very special product! You get better quality with the Supplements at Costco!

I would give ZERO stars if I COULD. Sending replacement certificates, shipping takes about 10 days from initial transaction charge to your account. Trying to cancel is an absolute $h!tshow circus - I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

This is by far the worst company I have ever experienced!!!! I wanted to cancel my membership I was told to fax a paper to cancel so I did twice. They continued to take money out of my account and I didn't even receive anything!! For months I have been robbed by this company!! I will spread the word to whom ever that this company is absolutely the worst!!!!!

This company will NOT let you cancel them without doing what THEY tell you to do . Go here go there take a picture of your signature etc. I told them I sent them a letter and email and they still will not cancel this account. They charge your credit card andfd mail you a certificate to order whenever. I DO NOT WANT TO REORDER I WANTED TO CANCEL> NO WHERE IS THERE A CANCEL PROMPT! This is wrong.....

They rope you into monthly purchases, with terrible CDN$ exchange rates AND charge for shipping. Then you need to fill out and sign all sorts of forms if you want to get out. By the way, look up the owner. He’s a billionaire.

It is no doubt that the products work but some of the claims are not true. I compared the deodorant to another brand and the chemical content was actually lower. Second many of the products are being made in China, Vietnam so how natural can they be.

Melaleuca are now trying to charge customers for the extra duties that need to be paid since Brexit. Customers have to pay UPS the extra themselves and send in the receipt to Melaleuca. If this wasn’t bad enough they say if it’s over £30 extra to pay we will get a full credit if it’s under £20 they will credit customers by adding this to our Loyalty Shopping Points. This is outrageous as there was no prior notification of this before placing my order. This means we have to spend a further £20 with them which will add to the new duty and delivery charges when that delivery arrives. My Invoice in January said that the usual £7 for delivery is paid by the customer and that amount will be added to their Loyalty Points. They need to sort this out very quickly or I’m cancelling my subscription.

Unfortunately my experience with Melalueca has turned very sour when I tried to discontinue my account! Very difficult procedure, lost paperwork that should have canceled my account, many backup orders sent after the initial attempt at canceling my account which they refuse to reimburse fully or charge a restocking fee for. Overall like their products but have a terrible way of dealing with canceling accounts! Would not recommend them at all!
