This is the worst company on the face of the earth. I cancelled my monthly shipments the morning after I received a notice of a monthly auto shipment they scheduled, due to me not filling out an order. I could not keep spending the money each month (due to loss of income/Covid), but planned to resume when things got back to normal. Not only would they not stop the shipment (it hadn't left their warehouse), they refused to give me my money back when they received the shipment back from me, as I refused it at the door once it had arrive. UPS shows they received it back, but no refund to me. Don't ever get connected with this company. It is unbelievable in today's world that their are still companies that treat customers like this. Not Costco, Sams, or Amazon...they'd never treat their customers like that. Hopefully very soon Melaleuca will be NO MORE!!!

This business is such a scam. They started sending me Orders without my approval even after I called to ensure this wouldn’t happen and cancelled! I still got charged and a package of items I have to PAY shipping to return.

I want to cancel my membership because their products, deodorant and shampoo and soaps have sulfates and are terrible and overpriced. They charged 54 dollars for an order that was auto selected, and refused to cancel it even though it was still processing said I could ship it back, wasteful. They said to cancel you have to be emailed a form PRINT it , sign it and return. Ridiculous, pyramid scheme with terrible customer service.

will not ever buy their supplements ever again ever time I take them they make me me so nervous and they make my nerves just wan to shoot through the roof or they just don’t work and that fiber wise is so disgusting is is extremely sweeet with a nasty funky after taste

Horrible, Poor and Worst Ever Poor experience for my job interview. I would say the worst of my entire life. They took 2 months and have 3 interviews and assessments and at the end they even didn't took the final interview. Can't believe the worst ever interview experience. Never recommend this company to anyone

Firma jest okropna a szczególnie jej "konsultantki" które piszą tu te mega pozytywne opinie... Nie polecam nikomu jedna wielka mafia składająca się z krętaczy. Nie wiadomo skąd biorą te cany, skoro to takie super kosmetyki to dlaczego nikt nidgy o nich nie słyszał? Samo rejestrowanie to koszt 100 zł. Będąc członkiem jest się zobowiązanym zrobić zakupy za 400 zł jak nie więcej i to co miesiąc... Na ten ich "super, boski" balsam Renew polecam kupić dużo tańszy Penaten

Do NOT waste your money. This is a scam company which sells you the world and delivers garbage. The lids leak BADLY so you lose/waste a lot of product. The laundry detergent doesn't actually clean your clothes and they come out with dirt stains. The conditioner is so bad I couldn't get my fingers through my hair after I used it. Then I tried to return it and I've called 3 times telling them this and they keep assuring me they'll email me a return-shipping label and they keep not sending it!! They also don't tell you that you have to pay to return the products which winds up costing you half the price of what you paid in the first place!! It's a pyramid scheme with garbage products and a scam return policy

Horrible. The products are absolutely terrible, I used to get the laundry stuff and various cleaning supplies but they don’t work. Most of my laundry smells like old sweat and must, even after five washes. The cleaning supplies don’t clean jack squat. It literally didn’t even help get pancake mix off my counter. I got some generic multisurface cleaner and it was gone in a jiffy. This company is a massive rip off and a massive waste of money.
