I signed up to buy the products each month because the products are advertised as natural. Most are not. Dryer sheets are their worst product. Strong chemical perfume smell. The box really made my house smell terrible. Made me feel sick. I canceled my first order immediately after I placed it; after reading some of the ingredients online. They sent my order anyway. Customer Service is terrible. They tried to charge me to send the items back. Misinformation with each call. (Buy your natural products elsewhere. These are not natural products. If you buy regular products, some of the products will seem to be better. But if you already buy natural products then you will see through the sham, big hassle to return). They make it very difficult to cancel the monthly service. I was told a rep would call me back in a few days because there was no one there who could help me. They lied to my credit card company to try to charge my acct. again, a second time. I sent the items back and reported this to my credit card company. The credit card company credited me. My credit card then charged me a second time, after Melaleuca called them to say I still had their products. (Melaleuca knew I had sent everything back, because I had to order a return sticker from them, and had canceled my order and membership, even before the order was shipped). I had to supply a tracking number to the bank, to get the charges reversed a second time. Took 3 months to get resolved, after Melaleluca credited my account 4 statements later in more than one credit. And my credit card removed their credit. Looks so fraudulent to me. Had to spend so much time on the phone with Melaleuca and my credit card company. I think they count on people giving up. But this was an expensive package deal order. Big mistake on my part to trust their advertising.

I never write unfavorable reviews, but prospect customers need to know what they are signing up for. I found the products to be just okay, including the vitamins which u saw no improvement with. I cancelled my membership q year ago, I do not remember signing up for anything else and the customer service agent did not mention that I had another service with them when I canceled. I just noticed that back in August of this year they charged me for a health savings program that I do not remember signing up for, I have no emails or paperwork of this either. I have called 5 times trying to get this straightened out. They said I have to talk to marketing services, which were difficult to get a hold of. Finally today I spoke to someone who said that they is nothing they can do to refund my money because it was from this past August. I would like to warn anyone compilation doing business with this company, they operate under many different branches, and commutation is not good.

I went to this company to help a friend first force you to spend $75.00 every month I have asthma and two at the product give me asthma attack a lot of the ingredients can do harm to your health I call to cancel everything, and send all the products back I spend over 100 and they said that they were to refund me only 29.00 wich they never did I never got money back really bad company

Was a customer for almost 15 years. Loved their products. This week they started putting political content on their website which I honestly didn't even bother to read through because I don't get my political information or advice from the company that I buy my soap and face cream from. Cancelled my membership and will never use their products again.

I am very disappointed with this company. Their Credit Card partner Poplar Credit does not mail out bills timely and will not assist you on the phone. One thing they will do is charge you late fees and hurt your credit. I have contacted both Melaleuca and Poplar three rimes and still no help. I mailed my payment on October 2nd and as of the 12th they still do not have it. My bank states they have it, but Poplar states they don't and Melaleuca is not helping me. So, I will leave Melaleucca and I spend $125.00 a month of their products and somewlse can benefit from this sale. Thanks for no help just lip service!

You have to spend a minimum monthly, after two or three months, unless you are a fan of their multivitamins, you will likely not fill the cart every months, if you don't they will send you a box of random stuff, like it or not, if you had something in your cart, but not enough to cover for the minimum for the month, they will completely disregard what's in your cart and send you a box of random stuff, won`t matter if you already have the products, they will send it anyway. Not worth if you don`t want to be part of their business model and seriously they do the same things for more than 20 years now, other companies out there that are not Pyramids are offering cheaper and more interesting products for the environment and they don't even use plastics anymore when shipping. All in all, a big waste of time and money and heck no I don't wanna be part of a Pyramid.

I worked for this company as part of their administration. Beware, it is a pyramid scheme linked to the Mormon church selling average products at vastly inflated prices e.g. £5 for a bar of soap. They trap you into buying a set amount each month (used to be £75 monthly but likely much higher now). If you don’t order, they send you a bundle of products to the value of the set amount regardless. They also try to get you to get your friends and family to join on the pretext of creating your own business. Plenty of smarmy Mormon sales executives selling this dreadful get rich quick scheme. Do yourselves a favour and avoid.

Worst company to deal with. Terrible customer service, anti LGBTQ founder and the products are not even all natural and green as they claim. So many harmful cancerous ingredients in their product. Seriously people, look at the real ingredients. Do not take their word for it. Cancelling is a pain and they still stole $70 from me without refunding it. I never got any product for it and they wont return my calls about stealing money straight out of my account and not for any products. BUYER BEWARE!
