We had to stop our preferred ordering plan because they kept getting rid of the things we used and needed most. My husband did well on the products for like 6 years, and he barely had any issues with his asthma during that time. But the body wash they changed too for men, was junk. My husband totally dislikes the new 3 in 1 personal care for men. They changed the toothpaste, and so many other things and they were no longer a good fit for us anymore. Their customer service reps are the best though, and they kept letting higher-ups know that we need the products they got rid of. But it didn't do any good. My husband warned them if this continued they would lose our business and we ordered over $100 a month.

NOT A GOOD COMPANY TO DEAL WITH
I was a member for a couple years. I hate the way they do business so I cancelled my subscription and used my daughters to help her get the points you have to have monthly or your penalized. You're penalized if you don't buy by the 15th of every month. When you do and try to use your loyalty dollars, you're penalized again and have to order more product to make your 35 points. I'm now waiting on my 2/28/23 order that supposedly shipped on March 2nd. I was told I had to wait 10 days and if it doesn't get to me by then they will re-order. They re-ordered on 3/13/23 and as of 3/22/23 still no product. There site says a label was created so instead of them trying to check into it they keep your money and make you wait yet another 10-15 days. Both times I tried to filed a claim with UPS but they never received the package so I'm screwed with that. They refuse to refund my $90. I will never order from them again and will be reporting them to the BBB and Attorney General's office because of their poor business procedures. NOT A GOOD COMPANY TO DEAL WITH!!!
Same email I rec'd the first time but they aren't willing to do anything to help except place on order again.
"Thank you for your email. I’m happy to help you with your question about your recent order. When you place an order online or by phone we want you to receive it as soon as possible.
Because of our method in which we quickly process and fill your order, we are unable to change or cancel it at this time. This includes adding or removing products, changing the method of payment, or changing the shipping address.
I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. When you receive your order, if you would like to make a return or exchange please let me know.
If you need further assistance, please email me at "their email which I'm not allowed to post." If you prefer, you can call Customer Service at 1-208-534-3000 option 3 or 1-800-282-3000 for our Canadian customers. We are open 6am-10pm Monday-Friday and on Saturday 8am-5pm MST.
Thank you,"

charged a payment to my account
They charged a payment to my account. I asked for a refund. They agreed for a $10 fee, that they would. They charged me the refund fee twice and I am yet to see the actual refund. First it was being put back in my account. Then when it didn’t show I was told it was never coming cause they don’t do that!?!? So now a check is suppose to come but it’s been a month and I’ve emailed and called and just get the run around. Don’t trust them! Bad company!

OVERPRICED SCAM Multilevel Marketing Company!
Melaleuca appears to be a scammy multilevel marketing company forcing customers to spend large minimums every month, plus a membership fee. If you don't, they will charge you for a back up basket worth at least 35 points, costing about $100! There is no transparency on the size of products. EVERYTHING IS HIGHLY OVERPRICED compared with the normal marketplace.

No accountability or responsibility
The cleaning products are quite good, but the business does not take accountability, nor care about customer satisfaction. It is a for profit business. They need to improve their ethics and learn how to improve customer loyalty. All this business is concerned with is the bottom line. Putting customer satisfaction higher on its list would be a good thing. Management never takes the time to treat customers fairly. As a business they take zero accountability when mistakes are made in the ordering process. I won’t be going back. We will take our business elsewhere to a company that actually listens and cares about their clients.

I am member in this company until…
I was a member of this company until today, and after my experience, I decided to cancel my membership.
I was charged for products that I did not personally select or intend to order. When I contacted the company, I was told that because I had not made a purchase that month, an order was processed under their membership/back-order policy and my credit card on file was charged.
What made the situation even more frustrating was trying to get help. I was placed on hold for approximately 52 minutes before I was finally able to speak with a representative. Unfortunately, the representative wasn’t very helpful either. I was told that if I didn’t want the products that had been sent to me, I would have to pay the return shipping myself.
That was extremely frustrating. I could not understand why I should have to spend additional money returning products that I did not personally choose to order in the first place.
Canceling the membership was another frustrating process. I was told I needed to complete a cancellation form, sign it, and then submit it by mail, email, or fax. In this day and age, I believe canceling a membership should be much simpler.
My advice to anyone considering Melaleuca is to carefully read and fully understand the membership and monthly purchasing requirements before signing up, especially what can happen if you don’t place an order for the month.
Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this membership. I would rather purchase the products I actually need, when I need them, from Amazon or another retailer without dealing with monthly purchasing requirements.
This experience was stressful, time-consuming, and disappointing. I’m sharing this review so others can make an informed decision before signing up.

The products are greenwashed
The products are greenwashed. They are just as toxic as anything else you’d buy at the store. You don’t save money either, unless you have a large family and plan on using at least $150 worth of their garbage products a month. It’s really a stressful process and the videos are beyond cheesy and phony . When i asked my rep about the quality of the products, she sent me some bs info from the company website.
