predatory tactics
I asked them to stop charging me as their product does not do anything for me. Despite that I am charged again. Totally predatory tactics. I can't even remove my credit card on file.

I have been a member for several months and some of the products I actually did like some I didn’t unfortunately where it has now come down to me canceling my membership is because of their unethical business practices. I am very much aware of how the club works I placed an order and marked it October as it was for October And I received an email confirmation of that order now in Melaleuca took it upon themselves to place the second order, and I wouldn’t have known about that unless my mentor told me, they are legally responsible to inform the customer that an order has been placed one. It was not my back up list. It was their back up list two it was just placed today November 1 And I’m trying to get my money back they’re saying oh I’m sorry it was shipped three I don’t even have a shipping confirmation. If you log onto the website, it says the order is still being processed. This is not my first time ordering from them and it takes three days just for a shipping confirmation to come through , this is how bad they want my $200 the issue for me is not the ordering it’s the fact that they don’t see the wrong in their actions of not sending an appropriate email to the customer but they take your money. I am disgusted and disappointed, because as I said, I actually did like some of the products not everything didn’t work for me but I can’t do business with a company who sees no wrong in their actions

If a company makes it this hard to cancel it is a scam. the only way to cancel is FAX or fill out a form and email it. I have already done it 2 times and they still have not canceled. disputing with credit card now.

Order a first box. Did not like the products. Had a bad reaction to several. They charged my credit card the next month when I did not order any products. I was never told they would charge my credit card and ship a bogus order, I have all my communications from the person who advertises this company. I canceled the "membership/subscription" and the company shipped the box anyway. I returned the box and reported it as fraud to my credit card company.

About a year ago, the company I work for ordered some items through my Melaleuca account. The company card was never linked to my account—only my personal credit card is linked and set as default. However, this month Melaleuca apparently tried to run a charge on my personal credit card for items I didn’t even order and when it didn’t go through they somehow located the old company credit card number and ran the charge through on my company ‘s credit card!! I don’t even know how they knew that card was linked to me! It is not saved in my account. What they did, should be illegal! Never let your business, friends or relatives use your Melaleuca account to make purchases with their credit cards! No longer going to do business with this company.

I've only ordered 1 product and based on the extremely nonresponsive customer support there won't be another. The product was slow to ship, I tried to inquire about a ship date via chat and email...I left the chat open for over 24hrs...no reply.

I have been a Melaleuca customer for 10 years or more, I can't remember exactly. But after this month's 35 points, I am gone for good. And it will feel wonderful. Where to begin? Well, first, I'll say that the reason I stayed with them for 10 years is because of maybe 4 or 5 products that are absolutely great - and where I can find nothing comparable anywhere. One such product is their Melamagic. It is a concentrated, melaleuca oil based cleaner that you add to water. And honestly the closest thing to it is probably Simple Green. You spray it on pretty much anything and you can wipe later. I love it for my kitchen and cooking messes. Grease, pasta sauce, you name it. It kind of sloughs off in about 3 minutes. And it is not expensive, either, if you have the membership. So, there's the positive, their products don't suck. I mean, 99% of them you can buy elsewhere, but where they excel, they truly excel. Now, for the negative. You have to purchase 35 points a month - which, right there sounds sus, doesn't it? I have to buy 35 points worth? Why not just tell me I have to spend $100 a month and stock away everything I cannot use in a month because unless you have a huge family, you will not use $100 per month's worth or product. And believe me, I have tried it all. Their vitamins are pretty good I think. I have seen demonstrable differences in my body and health and skin by using it - but there are a million vitamin companies out there and I plan to find a perfect replacement with no problems. So, ya, the product is good. But how many vitamins do I have to buy in order to keep my membership? Way too many! They have a new "Free Shipping!" feature, I am assuming to keep up with every other place on the planet that offers it if you are a solid customer or purchase a certain amount. Well.... Yep! You guessed it!! That is a scam - or at the very least misleading - because they give it back to you in "loyalty dollars" - which means you get ever more product that you won't be able to use within the month. I can guarantee that anyone who does not have a big family, and has been with them any amount of time - will have an entire cupboard filled with product they won't get to until Armageddon. I love how they send you "money saving coupons" every month. Hilarious! There is NO savings, I still need to purchase 35 points. Get it?? The coupon will give me a cheaper price, but also be worth less points, so I am still spending $100 per month on stuff I'll put in my cupboard, unseen until they expire. So, there you have it. But, I'm not bitter. I'm really not. I'm FREE!
