Boardman, OH store review and of company. Curbside pickup ordered 1/22/2022 on credit card for approx. $275 order. Picked up on 1/23 at store. After driving home 45 minutes and unpacking, I learned they did not give me over $30 of items purchased on the card that their final receipt showed I paid for. Then upon review of the final receipt it showed a price difference from $10 to $27 nearly 3x the price shown when ordered!! Called Meijer on 1/23 and the representative was rude, lacked empathy and did not resolve the matter. The representative gave an unsatisfactory "rational" for the price gouging and then said a refund would be initiated. It's been two business days and I have not received anything from this company concerning a refund or response. Price gouging is illegal. Terrible customer service. Horrible curbside practices. Do not shop here!!

I've always use Meijers for my primary shopping. They have good prices and the store is always clean. I recently tried the pickup service they offer. I love how seamless the whole experience was. I will be using this service in the future. The only thing that I hope they change is, they should provide a way to tip the Meijer's team that shop for my groceries. They did a great job!

Rude delivery driver. Wouldn't substitute something so I went to WM to get it. Will never shop at Meijer again.

Surprised and confused by the reviews, and lack of reviews if I'm being honest. Meijer has been a terrific model in the retail space for many years, especially in terms of groceries. We have been exclusively using Meijer.com for groceries since the pandemic started. Prior to that, we would hit Aldi then either shop local or pick up a few things at Meijer that Aldi didn't have. The curbside pickup has been great. I am immunocompromised until I am taken off anti-rejection meds so my family tries to avoid shopping in-person unnecessarily. Sure, there are times when the item is out of stock after the order has been placed, but they shoppers have been very good about contacting the customer about substitutions. Any time I have had an issue where I was charged but did not receive the product, I simply called up customer service and they transferred me to their online order support and I received a coupon for the amount of the product. Seriously, it has made our lives much easier ordering online and picking up curbside.

I have never have felt such intrusive, lack of class, and just all around 2 faced experience when going to the grocery store....from the moment you walk in the door....if you are white with tattoos ....you got some lil squirt and his colleagues watching your every move...they are even checking out at the you scan directly next to you (as if you are just so oblivious you don't know 007 has been tailing you the entire time) all slow eye'n the amount of money in your hand trying to quickly add up everything in their head like they are gonna catch you stealing something cuz they think they have a discrepancy underway....I'm sitting here in the parking lot of Meijer writing this review cuz this all just happend...and you will never believe but it's actually happening....I got two workers (under cover) brushing off some car next to mine carrying on this b/s conversations trying to figure out just what it is I'm "up to".....the jig is up....I'm sitting here writing a spot on review of your poor conduct

I would like to say I’m VERY disappointed and also annoyed. I had a French project and I was looking for 2 things and their website said they had one of them in STOCK. This was by far not the case. I would also like to mention that we called before hand and we’re on hold for roughly 20 minutes and eventually hung up. So we then went to the store. Got stopped for about 15 minutes to sign up for a stupid rewards program which we will never use since I’m not coming back. Looked down the aisle for the drink. Didn’t have it so looked at other aisles didn’t have it! Got TWO workers to go look. And guess what they didn’t find it! Checked the back and asked one more person still no luck!!!! I spent all day looking for this drink called orangina a French drink. We had been to at least 10 stores and finally had high hopes…. That were then crushed. Will never shop here again!

Horrible business around wed December 23 we was in there around 6:45 pm and there online site says they closed at 7pm and the employees told us we couldn't shop in there cause they was closed it wasn't even 7pm yet it was like 6:45 when we got there which kinda peed me off I was very disappointed cause I was getting a tray of doubled eggs to go with Christmas dinner and they turned us away ARE YOU REALLY SERIOUS RIGHT NOW come on now this store needs serious improvement

Will never use their online ordering again! I went into the store to purchace a certain smell of wax melts. They did not have it on the shelf so i said thats ok, i'll just order it online and have it delivered. Online is a joke. I spent 40 min. Just trying to get a delivery date. Each time it said that time slot is not avaliable..WHAT?? There was only a choice of two days with 1 hour segments. after attempting several times I finally called Meijer, who switched me to the digital Department. She spent another 40 minutes with me to come up with the solution. they don't have any of the wax melts that I want even though they're online service says available. I hung up and ordered them from a different website no problem. As far as their sale items, they put things on sale and when you get there, they are not on the shelf. that has been going on for years. That was the reason years ago that i stopped going to meijers. you have to shop for the sale items before the sale and then go to the refund desk with your receipt once the sale starts. the items will be on the shelves a few days before the sale starts. I like the idea of one-stop-shopping, groceries and other merchandise, but Walmart offers the same thing and they have no issues when you go there. Meijer needs to update their online services, their delivery services and what's in stock actually at their store.
