At store 154, Indy, Indiana- I purchased ripped peaches and I asked the cashier , DIAMOND, to be gentle with them when bagging. She smacked them on the counter saying “if you don’t like how I bag you do it yourself “. She stopped bagging the products all together. Another associate jumped in to bag the rest of my shopping cart. That’s rude, Diamond, rude.

Ordered home delivery the girl was almost finished with my order and then dropped it and then someone from Detroit who was going to take an hour to get here took it over no communication the order was canceled but they didn’t return my money and no one is listening I want my money back I will never ever ordered from them again

MEIJER IS INFORMING CUSTOMERS TO CALL 1-877-363-4537 IF YOU HAVEN'T RECEIVED YOUR OVERCHARGES BY TODAY JUNE 15, 2022. I CALLED AND RECEIVED MY OVERCHARGE FROM 5/23/2022 AFTER 30 MINUTES TALKING TO THEM. THANK YOU MEIJER. !!!!!!

I'm updating the below review. It wasn't easy figuring out how to fix it but once I found the right phone number, Meijer made it right and it was very easy. They even added a $100 coupon to my account for my trouble. I might shop there again but it will likely be cash only. The customer service number is 1-877-363-4537. June 10th will have been my last time shopping at Meijer. They knew their systems weren't working, they knew it was an ongoing problem (Google it) but presented it as if the system just wasn't accepting debit cards and they had to be run as credit. I paid for my groceries only to realize the next day that I was charged 6 times totalling almost $1,400. I called them, they blamed Chase. Partially refunded my money the 13th and told me to file a dispute with my bank for the rest. My bank says it will take 3-5 weeks to be resolved. After we checked out we realized we forgot to buy pop so my daughter ran back in and used a different card, that one was charged 8 times. $48 for a case of pop. Still hasn't been refunded.

Meijer double charged me for my groceries and refuses to refund my money. The bank Chase, will not help and tells me to go to Meijer. Never shop there! I never will again!!

most times, when we buy alcohol... we don't know what the deal is with the bottle return room: we've seen where it won't take it back. Even if we bought it there. Sometimes, even at the Self-checkout lane, we need help from a staff member if an item cannot be read because the wrapping is hiding/covering up the UPC code.

I'm not sure why everyone is writing bad reviews... Because my experience with Meijer was exceptionally well! I like in Tennesse and we don't have Meijer down here; we have Walmart. We went up to Michigan to visit my cousin and they brought us to Meijer to go shopping. I walked in and they greeted us warmly! Walmart "Sometimes" greets you, but not always. Anyway, their staff was very nice, and the store was CLEAN!!! And, the food quality was AMAZING!!! My Aunt says that she likes Meijer better than Walmart and I'm starting to say the same thing! Thank you so much for being good!
