Ordered groceries online. Was supposed to be available 6 PM on Thursday. Nope. Finally 10 something a.m. on Friday said order is ready. I told them I was on my way and when I arrived …20 minute wait no groceries. Several people arrived after me and have already got their groceries, this is not the first time. They’re lucky Fred is not alive anymore because this sucks. Do not use this service, the delays mean no to sale items and service is terrible.

Four hours later and delivery still isn't here. Last time we spend a dime with this store.

Customer service has really nosedived. Today my wife got hassled for returning soda cans at the 16th Street Holland Meijer, and my recent experiences have been equally lackluster. Corporate is no help at all. You can complain to the BBB, but if you read the Meijer complaints, you'll see how extensive the problems are. I'm boycotting. Good luck if you shop here.

I bought 7 items on the 7 for 7 ad and none of them rung up correctly. I called the clerk over for help and all she did was say I must have bought the wrong items. No way. I am very sure the items were correct and the signage was below each item. Someone dropped the ball in IT on this one. I will no longer trust this Meijer, and I have been shopping there for 15 years .

The 28th St. and Kalamazoo Ave store is being revamped and if it weren't for the sketchy beggers outside the store, the kids RUNNING around the store begging for a dollar, and the checkout register declining My card, when I had plenty on it, IT MIGHT be a nice Meijer.....I DON'T plan on EVER going back to this Meijer!

I used to love shopping at Meijer's all the time, especially growing up. I have been more of a Kroger Shopper lately because of prices and frustrating experiences at Meijer. I recently decided to try again because they have a few things that I can only get there. Sadly, every experience shopping there lately has been negative due to either the app or the cashier. You need to train your Cashiers better on your expectations around customer interaction. I just came from the Meijer in Middletown, where I was having problems Yet Again logging into the app. It was not busy in the self-checkout line. I walked up to a machine and it took me over 15 minutes to check out (I only had 7 items). The cashier watched me struggling with the app, did not bother to offer assistance, and when I did mention that I was struggling with the app and was frustrated, she just Shrugged. There is now only one thing that I buy that only Meijer's offers... and I can get that on Amazon with a whole lot less aggravation and less time spent.

I am a life time shopper at Meijer and today was very disturbing when I noticed they are allowing a alcohol vendor to give away free shots of alcohol I believe this can be pushing recorving alcoholics over the edge all I takes is one shot for most and promoting drinking and driving this is not right and should not be aloud
