Von is always so helpful and pleasant to interact with. Thank you!

Maev products were arriving at my house melted. Making for a terrible experience when they re-froze and it was time to feed my dog. They updated their packaging process to make sure the food stayed frozen until I was able to put it into my freezer when I got home from work. It worked like a charm! No more gigantic bricks of frozen dog food! Im pleased with how they were able to adjust their shipping process to accommodate my needs.

Loved the customer service.

Excellent products to customer service. My pups 🐶 are so so so happy with their products especially the bone broth cubes and snacks!!! They run when they hear the sound of the packaging!! And excuse me (their poops completely normalized with their probiotic snacks) even probiotic powders were not helping. Highly recommend this brand

Unmatched customer service. Maev consistently goes above and beyond whenver we have questions with our order. We could not possibly be more satisfied.

From the time I began ordering Maev, I have had the most positive and prompt interactions with the Maev Team—they are so kind and helpful! Despite my dog Boots having had an earlier history of periodically rejecting his dog food, Maev Dog Food arrived in his life 2 years ago and has saved the day—HIS WAGGING TAIL NOW SPEAKS A THOUSAND WORDS, along with his devoured bowl—always! Thank you for making life so easy for me, and Boots’ diet so health and delicious! Sincerely, George Harangody

Love Maev so much! My dogs are absolutely thriving with their raw food diets. The customer service is friendly and prompt. Really couldn’t recommend them more

AJ was incredibly prompt and addressed all of my concerns
