This company is amazing! I had the best customer service experience- they are so quick to respond, BEYOND helpful, go out of their way to make your experience great. I can’t say enough great things about them! Their product is incredible too. My dog has awful skin allergies and I got her started on their vitamins about 2-3 months ago. Nothing has worked but these vitamins did the trick! She used to bite her skin raw and red and now after 2 months or so on the vitamins she doesn’t do it anymore. I am so grateful to this company for that. I just got her the raw dog food since the vitamins worked so well and when I needed them to change the shipping address they changed it right away and were so helpful. Highly recommend them!!

My dog, Barbie, is suffering from hair loss. The vet said it's a form of allergy. I changed her shampoo but still, my dog's hair continue to fall. Aside from that she also lost appetite. I thought she was dying and not a good way to die - she's getting bald! My brother told me to try another dog food may be my Barbie is allergic to her current food. And my brother's right. When I purchased dog food Maev and fed my Barbie she regained her strength and her hair grew. Highly recommended!

Our French Bulldog, Morty, never really had severe problems with food, but he tended to inhale his kibble (Nutrisource) and would often throw up soon after he ate. We tried slow feeder bowls & all that, none of it worked. We kept thinking we wanted to switch to fresh food, but all the other popular brands seemed to be just a mushy, unappealing slop. When I saw an ad for Maev, I was immediately intrigued & figured we might as well try it, and if it doesn’t work, we’ll go back to the kibble. Let me just say...Morty is HOOKED. Like, no joke, obsessed with his Maev food. He used to linger & sniff around when I’d take him outside, now he’s so excited to eat his food that he runs to the door & runs down the hallway to our apartment door. And he’s had NO issues puking up his food, since the frozen pieces force him to really chew & take his time with eating. He also has so much more energy, his coat is softer & shinier, & he just overall seems to be happier. It’s been just about a month & I’m so beyond pleased with Maev. Will be continuing my subscription for sure & may add on the bone broth or vitamin bars too. Thanks so much, Maev!

This is very nice

it was a little melted so when put back in the freezer, it all stuck together. That's a little inconvenient. Otherwise, it is an excellent brand. They were quick to respond and willing to help.

Everything was good the package inside was packed good had dry ice so it don’t go bad besides the box outside being a little bit up everything else was excellent thank you I appreciate your service and will keep having service with you guys thanks a lot

My Great Dane loves Maev. I’m almost tempted to taste one of the bars because they smell so good. My only complaint is that they’re individually wrapped. This is terrible for the environment.
