I’ve been getting food delivery regularly for over a month now, the boxes are always damaged like they’ve traveled across the country, I live about 4.5 hours away from New York? Last shipment food seemed more defrosted than normal.

I ordered the sample to give this brand a try and I saw it shipped on 3/23 and arrived on 3/27 completely thawed out and smelled terrible when I opened the package and the bone broth was like water so safe to say I cannot feed this to my dog and will request a full refund. Update: I emailed meetmaev and they shipped me out a new order and it arrived still frozen and my dog enjoyed it. I'm a little skeptical ordering a subscription due to the fact that the shipping has be 50/50 so far.

The customer service has been amazing. They are very responsive and helpful. The shipping was fast. The only thing was that the bone broth arrived melted, sadly. I think that the long trip from NYC to Oregon is not ideal for the bone broth. But the food arrived well. I loved the packaging of the vitamins and the useful information. I look forward to trying the food and seeing how it works for my dog!

I like how easy it is to feed your dog a raw diet. The food is top quality and the packaging is the coolest. However my frenchie has a sensitive stomach and this was the first time I tried a raw diet. Unfortunately it didn’t work well for my dog. Every dog is different. I do still highly recommended this company to anyone looking to feed their dog a raw diet for the convenience and quality. I did get in touch with customer service and they were amazing. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

I know it's not so much as maevs fault but ups accidently sorted my package wrong and now theres a delay to my delivery. It was scheduled to arrive today but now IDK when it'll be here. I just hope the raw meals don't go bad

Hi Jenna, Thank you for flagging this, and I'm so sorry about this delay. We ship our food on dry ice with 1 day shipping, so unfortunately the weekend UPS delay will probably melt the ice and thaw the food. I’ve filed a claim with UPS to see what happened there, and in the meantime, I've scheduled a replacement box to be shipped ASAP on Monday (for no charge). I'll also have our team reach out from [email protected] to share tracking info & see if there's anything else we can do. I'm sorry about the delay, but hope the replacement box arrives and corrects for this annoyance! - The Maev team
