Solid experience for affordable disability insurance
Overall, experience is definitely a 5 out of 5! I wanted a digital-only experience; I was not interested in working with a person (who might try to upsell me) unless I needed a question answered. After all, there's plenty of self-education online, this workflow was simple, and it was easy to understand what exactly I was about to purchase. I also enjoyed the little explainers with each feature/rider/benefit that helps paint a picture of the policy. I happened to be approved as applied, so it was convenient to contact a person when I needed clarity, and otherwise just sit and wait until the process was complete. Very comfortable experience.
