I was shopping for an online quote for disability insurance, but I was really surprised I had to speak with someone on the phone just to get a ballpark figure. I found that the sales agent I spoke with was really "salesy" and just not a good vibe. I would say, the main thing is they just didn't really present as authentic, patient humble, and more the opposite of those things. They were really responsive and quick getting me the numbers, but I was also pretty surprised at the cost and have since found less expensive policy elsewhere.
