Went through the process for nothing. My quote went from one amount.. to a lesser amount.. to an even lesser amount and then changed to just accident coverage when that wasn’t what I wanted. Not to mention the initial quote was way less than what a reputable company like Aflac would pay. I do not recommended.

Got denied coverage after spending two hours on an application because I was diagnosed with anxiety nearly ten years ago (which I no longer struggle with that much). Otherwise in perfectly good health. I’m in my 30s, don’t smoke, perfect weight, never been in an accident, never had any other health conditions. Total scam.

Ordered and paid for a garden table in may of this year (2022). Was given a delivery date at time of ordering of between 3rd and 5th July. Table never arrived and was advised the was a delay in getting stock (on website at time of ordering it said item was in stock, which was obviously not true). Expected delivery in August, then September and then in October now been told will not arrive before end of the year! Every time I emailed to say I would wait, I received an email response within hours. Finally ran out of patience and said I wanted to cancel the order and get full refund which breeze had offered. Emails have been ignored since I asked for a refund. Have opened a claim with PayPal who have contacted breeze on my behalf. Still no response and still no refund. AVOID THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT HAVE THE STOCK IN SITE BUT AFTER YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER WITH THEM, THEY ORDER IT FROM CHINA AND RELY ON SHIPS BRINGING STOCK INTO THE UK. Prepared to go to court if necessary as I feel breeze have failed to honour the sales contract and is in breach of Consumer Rights Act.

So far a horrible experience trying to use this company. Nice just received a letter saying I have to re-sign tomorrow to get the rate that they should have provided. The letter is dated June 9. Postage June 11. Due June 12th. No one answers the phone. So basically The sign up process was a nightmare! Good luck actually talking to a person!

Hi Jeremy, you requested a duplicate copy of your existing policy which was sent to you. As discussed with our Customer Success team, that duplicate letter you requested shows the original dates from when your policy was approved. You don't need to resign anything since it was a duplicate copy. Our customer support hours are from 9am to 5pm central.
