Very disappointing service. Have waited the full window of the promised delivery time, and have written and called Medzino TWICE now to get an update on my order, only to be given an excuse that they had a systems outage and are still working on the problem. So I still don’t have a timeline or a teacking number. Shoddy company!

Don't try and get a refund with these…
Don't try and get a refund with these creeps. I ordered some blood pressue meds and decuded to see my Dr. instead. Tried to get them to cancel the irder which cost me $90. They refused to refund me. O top of that, I got 90 pills which look nothing like the meds I have. Will toss them in the toilet and vontact the FDA.
There response was the same tired crap the keep regurgitating after every complaint. You were warned!

I sincerely apologize you feel this way. Unfortunately, we can't accept returned medication. Once a pharmacist processes a prescription, it is intended for a particular person to treat a specific issue and can't just be given to anyone. Once it has left the pharmacy, the pharmacist cannot ensure that the product is still safe. Therefore, in public safety, state law or pharmacy policy prohibits the pharmacist from accepting the return of a prescription drug, in whole or in part, and reusing the medicine to fill another prescription.

Do NOT ever, and i mean ever utilize this “company.” Especially if you are in dire need of meds. They promise a delivery date that ends up being inexplicably pushed back for weeks. And to “Yajara”, the supposed customer service rep, well, you’re a word i can’t write on the Internet.

This is a scam. They will get your money and have no intention on helping you. They will find a way to decline your order. ( address or identification) there is no way to call them , no way at all. Since I scan over my I.D I will be contacting authorities

Useless. They advertise a diagnosis and medication. I got the diagnosis for 139 dollars but no medication. The diagnosis was a foregone conclusion. I just wanted to use this site to try the prescription discreetly.
I asked for a refund and they replied no. Save your money.

However, we have a psychiatrist on our team that helps get patients a step closer to treatment making ADHD care more accessible by providing official evaluations/assessments that can lead to a formal diagnosis. When completed in-person, these evaluations are usually much more costly and time-consuming so we try our best to provide a way to get this done in an easier way. That way your local doctor or mental health provider can just pick back up with treatment, including medication.

False advertising
This company is misleading and provides false advertising. After attempting to get help with adhd treatment, while everywhere plastered on their site says they are licensed in all 50 states and you don't need a pharmacy, apparently in small almost invisible type there is one place that says they do not provide treatment outside of TX. They stole my money and have caused me mental anguish. Save yourself the time.
