This is the first dr I’ve ever met with that was uncomfortable discussing symptoms and possible diagnosis. She referred me to my primary care dr and or psychiatrist. I’m not really sure of her qualifications to assist with telehealth

Confrontational. Working from preconceived assumptions without any assessment of me personally. Rude. Distracted. Acting out out
My Dr was confrontational. Making conclusions with out incorporating any individual personal information from my unique experence. She spent our whole time pontificating about her rules. Boundaries. No questions about me. She seems very annoyed about having to do this appointment. Refused to discuss how zi arrived here. I explained how much Dr Griggs sessions has made enormous strives to allow me to rejoin society as a productive heakthy.member

Abysmal customer service
Terrible customer service. I have been waiting for weeks to get my prescription. They have not faxed the proper documentation needed to fill my prescription at the pharmacy. I’ve gone through the portal, called, and send numerous emails and they keep marking it as “resolved.” After 6 trips to the pharmacy they confirm that they have received NOTHING from Medvidi. They ignore emails, ignore portal requests, and go through a 3rd party company who handles all of this, so there is no direct way to communicate with them. They have Walgreens fax number listed INCORRECTLY on my prescription, yet have ignored the emails I sent regarding this. After over a week I finally get a response saying “the fax isn’t going through to Walgreens so either provide an alternative fax number or choose a different pharmacy.” It shouldn’t be on me to do their work for them acquiring fax numbers for a pharmacy. That’s ridiculous. So I gave them all the information for a different pharmacy, resigned the HIPPA form, and haven’t heard anything at all in 5 days. It’s become clear that this was a huge mistake, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY GOING THROUGH THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY. They will assure you to “reach out to us by phone or email so we can resolve this” but that’s not accurate, as any email or call you make will go through the 3rd party company with delays that last days on end, rude staff, unaccountability, and shockingly unprofessional responses, such as “I’m sorry but your documentation was already faxed.” When clearly it was not, which was only brought to light after numerous emails demanding confirmation of the fax that wasn’t going through. This is the most unprofessional experience I have dealt with in my entire life. It’s almost unbelievable places like this can exist.

Medvidi Creates Barriers to Patient Records and Provides Terrible Customer Service
On Tuesday, September 23, 2025, I faxed my HIPAA medical records release form and received confirmation it was delivered. On Friday, September 26, 2025, Medvidi contacted me by text and told me to resend the form. That is when I learned the fax number printed on their own release form is invalid. Patients should not have to discover that the fax number on an official medical document does not even work.
I then completed the form digitally through Adobe and emailed it back, only to be told that my records would not be released because my signature did not exactly match the one on my driver’s license. For context, my driver’s license signature was created in my early 20s, is only my first name, and is decades old. Expecting me to match that outdated scribble with a new digital Adobe signature is unreasonable and impossible. To make matters worse, their staff told me to “fix” my signature so it would look like my license, essentially telling me to forge my own signature to satisfy their made-up requirement.
Their own release form does not state anywhere that a signature must match a driver’s license. Section I asks for printed name, DOB, and signature. Section III explains the $6.50 fee, which I complied with. Section IV covers consent to encrypted communication. Nowhere does it say signature matching is required. Their HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices on their own website also makes no mention of denying access for this reason. They are inventing requirements not supported by their own documents or by law.
What makes this even more outrageous is that their own portal has my date of birth listed incorrectly. If my DOB on my license or on the HIPAA form had been wrong, that could be valid grounds for denial. But the error is in their system, not mine. They ignore an incorrect core identifier in their own records while blocking me over a decades-old scribble. That is inconsistent, reckless, and shows how disorganized their process is.
HIPAA’s right of access rule requires that patients be given their records within 30 days. Identity can be verified using full name, DOB, address, phone number, email, or government-issued photo ID. A decades-old, incomplete signature is not considered a reliable identifier. By creating this fabricated barrier, Medvidi is making access intentionally difficult and unlawful.
Their customer service has been equally terrible. Medvidi contacted me by text first, but when I replied, they ignored my responses. When I called their phone number, no one answered, and I was placed on a long, silent hold until the call disconnected. On one occasion, I was hung up on, and when I called back, I was immediately placed on hold and ignored. On Friday, September 26, 2025, at 4:16 PM EST, I managed to reach a representative who told me the medical records team would contact me in one hour. As of 6:27 PM EST, no one had reached out. My portal messages and emails continue to go unanswered.
This is not just poor service. It is a complete breakdown of patient communication. Patients should not be forced to beg for their records, repeatedly call back after being hung up on, or be told to forge their own signatures.
The way I have been treated shows no respect for patients. It reflects badly on Medvidi as a company and even more poorly on the providers they represent, who rely on them to handle patient communication responsibly. Complaints filed through federal and state channels require that the provider’s name be included, which means this conduct will not only reflect on the administrative staff but also on the providers themselves.
Medvidi is incompetent, disorganized, and unprofessional. Their policies are inconsistent, their communication is obstructive, and their treatment of patients is disgraceful.

Misgivings
Without the story, each resistance point I met well into a week after I was initially seen was entirely physicians office in culpability. Excuses and delays, no follow through and debatably extortionist behavior as I was told maybe they could get my situation correct if I wrote a helpful review. In wishful thinking I did such. I would not recommend the services at MEDvidi.
I made it clear I had travel plans and couldn’t leave whilst the prescription was yet still unfilled or I received only a partial. Of which that medication was fraudulent and made me feel sick and I had never seen that in 16 years of being prescribed the same medication. What would take me five minutes or less has become more than a weeks frustration. Me of the biggest problems this country and the world over has is that not only do they put themselves before others, which is crazy in a service, hospitality, healthcare industry that is for profit. So I’m paying you to take care of you when I.am the person in need? Moreover it is the inability for people/employees to think for themselves. All of the power is taken from the consumer and then placed into the hands of self serving people who then are not able to freely think.
Couldn’t possibly imagine how someone not in your best interest and allowing others/“legal” parameters further cement and disenfranchise the patient/consumer all under the banner of remaining lawful! This is called underwriting your own misery and then being re-victimized by selfishness and greed masquerading as lawful adherence.
Due to this facilities error, my months medication was robbed from me as was my ability to conduct my life as I saw fit. Furthermore it jeapordizes my ability to rectify the situation because of aforementioned legal machinations that are not in place to safeguard the patient or the patient with travel in mind. It aims to take as much from the patient as possible and the blame them for the experience.

Took me several calls over 2 weeks to…
Took me several calls over 2 weeks to confirm an appointment - to which once I had one arranged i waited 40 mins on hold waiting for the doctor to join
The team told me the doctor had technical issues
The doctor told me that they were not even aware of the appointment !
I am now waiting for the prescription which it has been over a week. I have logged an issue and still not had anyone come back to me
The doctor however asked some very good questions to understand my issue
So that was the only good part.
The whole process is so bad - the only quick thing that happens is they take your money instantly
Sounds like the customer services are at home - and the last few I spoke to struggled to even know how to handle a complaint or offer a solution
They couldn’t wait to get of the phone and hope someone else takes it the next time.
