I did not have a good experience. It was a total waste of money and time! The doctor I spoke with was busy finishing a meal when she arrived a few minutes late to our online appt. When she ended the call she was busy primping and re-applying her lip gloss! So inappropriate! Uggh! I felt like she didn't understand my problem or my needs. I felt like a weirdo when I told her my problem... Kinda like REALLY... that's strange?!?!? Don't waste your time with online doctors, go into their office, see them face to face! Hopefully, they won't be finishing a meal or reapplying their lip gloss. Also, she did not look at the medical paperwork I submitted. She said NOTHING about the assault that occurred early September and sent me to the E.R. with a concussion and hematoma. She mentioned nothing of my medical labs submitted. I WANT A REFUND!!!!!!!! PLEASE!!!!!!! I'm currently looking for employment and I don't have the extra $200 I spent on this' less than 30 minute' appointment... SO frustrated!

I had a prescription sent to a pharmacy that was out of stock. Within 10 minutes of them sending and me noticing I was able to find another pharmacy with it in stock. I changed my pharmacy in the portal, and called just to be sure they were on top of it. After all, it did all happen in the span of 10 minutes within her sending it. I ended up having to call the help line 3 times over the span of several hours and explain to them that I needed to get my prescriptions before the pharmacy closed at 8, because I was leaving town for a week at 6am the next morning (My appointment was at 2:45 that day, mind you) and each time, they said they would expedite my script to my new pharmacy. They decided not only to not expedite it…. They sent it at exactly 8pm. When the pharmacy was closed. I am now without crucial meds for a week because of their carelessness. The NP was a sweetie pie. But this was absolutely unacceptable. I do not recommend.

Getting pre charged before youd next appointment. And issued prescriptions that are unavailable. These people do not care about you mental health. Just setting appointments and pushing pills. Legal drug dealers.

MEDvidi. Will set an appointment on their website. The website was loading for 25 min and never left me join. I emailed and text them a photo or the website loading issue. They do not bother to respond. Also their phone number is not monitored by a human and will just put you on hold and hang up on you after 5 min. Medvidi website is a scam. DO NOT USE

I need someone to call me from billing or I need to talk to a supervisor, I’ve tried calling and talking to multiple people and no one can help me and keep saying they will make a note and someone will call me, and no one has. This is an important situation please.

Fiya was really helpful in dealing with my problem and got on it right away I did this to quick she just wanted a review she never handled my problem and I got approval for early mediation pick up because of vacation and now she refuses to call me back and I’m leaving next day hopefully because they still haven’t sent approval to pharmacy it was approved just not sent , ridiculous, they have so many processes that nothing ever gets done in the time they say
