I have had two successful appointments with a very kind doctor, but my last two scheduled or confirmed appointments with the medvidi team have been unsuccessful. On July 21, 2024, the day of the pre-scheduled appointment was canceled. I was told to get a note from my other doctor for my next appointment to be scheduled. Once they received the information from my other doctor, I was able to book my follow-up appointment. Well, today, 6/24/24, 4:15 was the time for my scheduled appointment. I was sent the video link as normal, clicked the link, but was immediately sent to another page. The page from the link read, "Appointment is in process of being rescheduled." Then I received a video link via text to join the video call for the follow-up visit. Well, the link worked, but my doctor never showed up for unknown reasons. As of now, I just rescheduled my appointment for tomorrow, 6/25/24, which is currently waiting to be approved, which is the normal booking process. Hopefully everything works out this time with no unfortunate mistakes or difficulties.

This is an update to an earlier 2 star review from roughly 6 weeks ago that was incredibly bumpy, as I continued my care with MEDvidi and my provider, working through some challenges. I will start by saying that I am pleased with my provider who is local in the same state, is knowledgeable and I feel confident in our plan of care. If you are considering MEDvidi, the patience will need to come in when interfacing with the care support teams as there is what I can only call 'administrative red tape' that you would not normally find in a normal medical office where you don't get the normal access to your doctor/NP and can't just call and talk to someone who knows what is going on. All of my issues have been addressed as they have popped up along the way but have taken time. The support team does do a good job in following up, I will say, so it seems clear to me that they are very focused on ensuring that the processes of this type of virtual practice meet the needs of their patients. MEDvidi would be something I would recommend to those seeking care for non-emergent type issues that need ongoing and regularly pre-scheduled type care.

While they have sometimes been slow in the past, I think they’re on the come up. I’ve spoken to someone every treatment and my provider listens to me. If you’re consistent you can reach them on a call. Every provider is different but I got one who really understands

I got an appointment within 24 hours and got my meds, but it took 6 days. After reading so many bad reviews I was stressed the entire time. I had the appointment at 8 pm and the next day, my pharmacy still hadn’t received my prescription. I reached out to customer service and they advised that there is some internal policy that requires them to hold the prescription for 24 hours after the appointment which I found sketchy but whatever. Then after 3 days the pharmacy received the prescription but of course, because the prescriber was over 50 miles from me, the pharmacy flagged it and would not fill it until the spoke to the doctor. That added an additional 3 days but it was the weekend so whatever. They did respond to me every time I reached out, even though 75% of the time the answers were vague and unhelpful. The service is legit and that’s what matters. Now that I understand the process, I’ll definitely use them again in the future.

On this months episode of "What's Up Medvidi" UPDATE: They reached out and got me a same day appointment with a different doctor. Suggestion for Medvidi would be to find an alternate doctor with availability BEFORE you cancel or change our appointment. We are all using this platform because we NEED our meds. We don't care which doctor we see, so long as we see a doctor!!! Back again with another month of issues! Had an appointment scheduled for the 26th and they confirmed the morning prior. 10 minutes after confirming they called and said no doctor is available until the 30th. Ok that leaves me one day without meds, no big deal. Here we are the morning of the 30th and 28 minutes before my appointment they text me: no doctor available until the 1st. Another 2 days with no meds. What exactly is going on with this place!? Why can’t you just have one single month without issue!?

I've only had one appointment so far, but based on that experience I do plan to continue. The practitioner was very professional and provided excellent customer service. My only complaint is the video software malfunctioned and the practitioner and I were able to see each other, but there was no audio on either side.

Review update! I put a previous review on here appox oct 28th with 1 star i had sooo many problems from my account not being correct to dr missing appointment when i had been waiting for several days to get an appt all documents had to be done manually it was.insane really it was the customer service that was difficult. The texting the phone line was crazy however the dr must have realized he missed my appt because he tried through the system to call it gave him trouble to. He ended up getting ahold of me ..my original appt was at 9pm he called 1245 am he was wonderful and very apologetic listened to me and my issues took care of my refill needs im trying to find my original review the 28th of October but i think its been removed he made it all worth while the dr was great ! I cant give a 5 star just because the company made it so hard to communicate over anything everything was always we will. Tell the team kindly wait it was tough frustrating then after i talked to the dr they tried to have another dr call they didnt realize my dr went above and beyond and had seen me already the communication was difficult. But this dr because of how nice he was i would do it again im very satisfied once i got to talk to my dr so just based on him calling it was almost 1am showed me he truly cared so again update since original appt i was able get meds at pharmacy dr made sure communication after we spoke was perfect he won me over !

Pleasantly surprised. Appointment was easily scheduled and everything went smoothly. Only comment I would have is for the doctors to gain and approach with a more psychiatric and/or psychological perspective rather than focus on just a medical perspective. This is just preference for me though. Overall great experience, medicine has been called in. Now waiting for pharmacy to call and tell me it’s ready. :)
