Scheduled visit for anxiety told her I used pyscibian once a month and she said she didn't feel comfortable prescribing me what she was initially was going to. Called to get a refund and they said they would"contact" me even though there refund policy states that you can't get a refund after they scam you for a 200$ consultation fee that they don't help you with anything. Edit, they also contacted me to try and corce me to change it with no help getting the Care I need

Three appointment scheduled by them and canceled at the last minute because the Dr cant treat me because he lives in the same state as me ? I requested my money back after they didnt honor the first appt instead they kept assigning me other appt and cancelling them and wasting my time This organization is very shady

Made an appointment which cost around 200$. I felt like my doctor wasn’t listening to me and ended up prescribing medication that did not help. Then, she requests that I spend another 200$ to make another appointment so we can change the medication. Edit: I have contacted their help clinic as they have requested but still nothing has been resolved. Do not get scammed like I did and stay away from this company.

I signed up on Wednesday. Today is Friday. The only communication I’ve had with them us repeatedly asking me to send in my ID and then telling me it’s black and white when it clearly show the color coding in the ID in the photo. The lack of competence and intelligence on this company’s part is insane. I would never ever use them again.

Avoid at all cost, do not waste your time with this company my partner being a patient of this clinic since 2019 requested an updated ESA to travel on Aeromexico, the video zoom call was done and the letter did not have the qualifications of the person doing the review, there was no qualification, despite 27 telephone calls and many emails and promises of resending the letter it never came, the call centre experience is just horrendous, they do not follow up, they do not care, I am now tasked with getting a refund since I had to make alternative arrangements to travel! Terrible experience for a returning patient - please people do not waste your time with this clinic, they do not care about their patients

It took 11 days and multiple calls/emails to Medvidi for the prescription to be sent to my pharmacy. And the prescription has no refills, meaning you have to pay for a doctor’s visit every month. $250 for the first visit and $175 for refills - and the medication cost on top of that!! Their advertising says they’re cheaper than an in-person doc appointment but that’s only true for the first month. They really stack up the bills. Avoid this company - way too expensive!!!

I've had an overdue prescription for 2+ months, and every time I ask for an update, I'm generically told the support agent has "requested an update from the clinical team who will be in touch soon". Patients have no access to care as MedVidi deliberately screens your questions through a general support team, leaving you with no way to receive support or followthrough on medical questions or needs, which isn't particularly safe to the patient. I was told they were working on sending my prescription months ago, and I've been out of medication as a result (despite my desperate attempts every week to get an update and their consistent promises that the clinical team is "working on it"). I love my doctor, but the disregard for patient safety and continuity of care between appointments is not safe, and the gaslighting from customer service is exhausting.
