I like how easily I can book a telehealth appointment with Medvidi and their doctors. I don't like the $159 price on follow up visits, but Medvidi runs promotions so that usually makes it more affordable! Sometimes the doctors on Medvidi take a while to get the prescriptions signed off. The longest I had to wait for my daily medication was a week for my prescription to even be signed off. Then I had to wait longer for Rx to be available at the pharmacy. If the follow up visits were more affordable or their doctors signed off prescriptions in a timely manner I'd give 5 stars.

The actual doctor that I meet with is great. He's been treating my issues promptly and effectively so I recommended Med Vidi to a coworker. She's been having problems with them since day 1. It's hugely embarrassing and now I'm starting to have issues as well. Customer service is often very nonchalant. One Customer service rep. lied to me TWICE! I have to use an old email link to access my patient portal. And today I had to call and remind them to have my provider sign my new script and send it to my pharmacy before they run out of my medicine for probably several weeks. This experience has not been good and I honestly don't know if I'll be rescheduling another follow up appointment. I'll surely not be making another recommendation any time soon. *UPDATE * (11/23/24) I did get my medicine. I had to harass them a little...but I got it. I appreciate the customer service person that helped me (sorry I forgot your name) today. Problem solved 😌 👌

The question isn’t what they did wrong this time. The question is why has this happened every single time I’ve had to make an appt (monthly)?! If it’s not been an issue of excepting my payment or my ID- it’s been an issue with their site working, confirming and then canceling appts, Intake forms not working through the site, text messages saying one thing, emails saying another. There’s no need to go further. Their ONLY saving grace is that I LOVE my care provider. She is always amazing and her calming demeanor every month is why I continue to come back. I wish I could rate her separately bc I 10/10 recommend her!

Update: they did refund me my money, so at least they do that. Their costumer service is nice as well. Upgrading from 1 to 3 stars because they did the bare minimum/the right thing. They will take your money before even knowing if there's a provider in your state. That was a lot of money to me. They say they'll refund, but I'm pretty concerned right now. So, if you live in a state in which they don't have a provider, you're out $200 until they can get around to refunding you. Terrible customer service in that regard.

Revised review: While I did have a bad experience and my appointment was canceled after waiting on my video call, I understand emergencies happen with Drs as well. Medvidi immediately made every effort to resolve my issue and made a prompt refund for my cancelled appointment. The customer service was excellent. I appreciate they are making an effort to resolve future issues like this. I will try again.

**UPDATE** Customer service did reach out to me and refunded me my consultantation fee. Thank you for correcting the issue. I made an appointment for weight management and was seen for mental health. For 2 weeks I called, emailed, and I left messages through Facebook messenger. I talked one time to 1 person who told me they'd review and get back with me because I wanted my money back. The person never got back to me. How are you going to take my money when I asked to see a certain type of doctor, and then you set me up with a mental health doctor, who I would never want to see again because in my opinion she was rude and had a chip on her shoulder. I would stay on hold for more than an hour and finally give up. Their customer service is complete trash. Nobody EVER responds to emails or messages or answers a phone. I would not recommend this place. **update-they have reached out to me so hopefully they will make this right.

Doctor never showed up. Been on hold on customer service for over 15 min and nobody is answering. Update: doctor showed up an hour late. I hung up on customer service after waiting 40 min and nobody answered the phone. Facebook messanger chat eventually answered. MedVidi called and apologized.

I overall enjoyed my experience with MedVidi. I really needed an immediate appointment, so I tried making one for the same day. They didn’t get a confirmed doctor for that day, so I rescheduled for the next day, still nothing no confirmed appt. I was frustrated and called asking to cancel which prompted them to make me high priority & I was given an confirmed appt for the next day. Other than the appt scheduling issue, my experience with the Dr was great and I will continue my ADHD care with Medvidi.
