Wow what a scam this place is. Before ever seeing one of their “providers” I wanted to make sure that I would actually be able to receive care for my medical needs before having to pay the insane amount money required by them. I was incredibly blunt and upfront about exactly what I needed to know and they repeatedly and emphatically told me that I would absolutely be able to be helped by any of their providers. So I scheduled an appointment. After waiting a ridiculously long time for the person to show up I finally saw them. I said hello and introduced myself to which I received a cold curt reply, I explained what was happening and with no thought or consideration for anything that I said I was told no he would not under any circumstance even consider the treatment that I have had no problem receiving from multiple doctors in several states across the country for years. Needlesss to say I was rather upset because this company had flat out guaranteed me that any of their doctors I see would have absolutely no problem continuing the same treatment I have received for years. The guy basically accused me of lying because he said they wouldn’t say that because the company has no input regarding what treatment he will or will not provide. Then he ended the session as maddening as it was being accused of being a lier what was infuriating was during the whole 4 minutes of the session not once did they ever look at me he just looked at some papers. I contacted the company and asked for a refund because contrary to what they PROMISED ME I received absolutely zero medical care. After multiple unanswered emails over 2 weeks I received a message saying that after seeing the provider there are no refunds given under any circumstances. That’s it no amount of trying to contact them again ever resulted in me ever being able to speak to anyone. My advice to EVERYONE run, run away as far and as fast as you can because you will receive zero medical care from anyone and absolutely no customer service from this apparently not a medical company but a medical middle man that facilitates horrible medical care and charges ridiculous amounts of money for it. Then refuses to delete your information even when you ask them to and then sends you an complete onslaught of spam emails that is nearly impossible to make stop! Seriously please consider yourself warned.

This company stole my money. I had a visit with a doctor that prescribed me 2 medications. I have been waiting 24 days for them to send the correct prescription to the pharmacy. I have called at least ten times. While they keep giving me the run around, I’m getting very little sleep. I will never do business with Medvidi again. Edit:- For Janet: Waiting 24 day is completely unacceptably. I know you all are trying to get past the 30 days I have to dispute this with the bank. But, that will not work on this guy!

Had an appointment with a doctor who asked me for my medical history. I requested it to my previous doctor, and sent then all the documents asked. They told me after that I’d have my prescriptions in 48 hours, it’s being already 6 days and nothing from then. It’s crazy that a service that claim to help in your mental health can cause so much stress and anxiety. They feel just like a scam to me. Honestly go to a doctor in person, it’ll end up being less stressful and faster.

Horrible customer service. Provider routinely no-shows for scheduled appointments. I've had 3 no-shows in the past year. Twice they refused to refund the money I prepaid. They would only give me a 'credit'. But, that is useless when they reschedule and you have another no-show. When you try to call them, be prepared to be on hold for an hour, if they actually pick up the phone. Buyer beware.

What a joke of a company!!! First off I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes on my doctor to never show up then I wait 30 minutes on hold just for customer care to hang up on me now I’ve been on hold for 43 minutes and counting. I’ve had 5 appointments in 4 days and still haven’t seen or talked with a doctor. And can’t seem to get my money back without disputing the charges with credit card company. I had very similar problems a year and a half ago with this company.

I was seen by Ashlie Morrissey who isn't my normal provider. My provider either wasn't working or has left the company. But this provider prescribed medicine to my pharmacy that is no longer being manufactured. Meaning I had no medication prescribed and was removed for a controlled substance abruptly. My pharmacy and I contacted medvidi since December 2024- January 2025 multiple times communicating this issue with no resolution. It took filing a complaint with the BBB and with my bank to get medvidi attention. Only for the provider to claim that I was in violation of there contract for going to my primary doctor because I was having horrible side effects from being pulled off the medication abruptly. That's not a violation. A violation is when you clearly see I've been getting multiple rx from multiple providers and that never happened. My primary doctor stepped and was doing what Ashlie Morrissey should've been doing providing patient care. Not taking people's money and sending medications that are no longer being manufactured nor supplied to any pharmacy. Ashlie Morrissey after getting more information from other patients is a holistic provider and her views on control substance medications she doesn't favor. That is going to cause or harm other patients down the road like myself. And had I not gone to my primary doctor for help. I've would've been still struggling and suffering with side effects because of her negligence. Do not and I mean do not use this company. I didn't start having issues until I was seen with Ashlie Morrissey, PA

Absolutely horrible experience. And a waste of money who has $150 a month for visits to approve prescriptions plus the cost of prescriptions. When I needed just a refill and wasn’t able to book, they decided I should just go cold turkey off of Wellbutrin. Scam and undereducated professionals.
