Terrible, Unprofessional, and the Worst Customer Service
This has been the WORST customer service I have ever recived from a medical company. The level of unprofessionalism and lack of communication has been terrible to say the least.
Last month, despite clearly updating my intake form to reflect my temporary residence in Georgia, I was scheduled with a provider licensed only in Florida, making it impossible for him to call in a refill for my medication. After multiple phone calls asking to be rescheduled with a doctor licensed in my state, requesting to speak with a manager, and then 4-5 days of delay, I was finally connected with a manager who acknowledged the error, allowed me to rebook without repaying the $150 appointment fee, and assured me that my next two visits would be complimentary due to the inconvenience and the 6-day delay in accessing my medication.
This month, I attempted to schedule my follow-up appointment, but was not given the option to book for free as promised. When I contacted customer service, I was told I’d need to wait another 3–5 days to escalate the issue to a manager. Rather than endure another delay in care, I paid out of pocket again, which is incredibly frustrating given the prior agreement.
To make matters worse, during my appointment this week, with Dr. Shannalee Griffith, I informed her that my car had been broken into and my prescription stolen. She instructed me to upload a police report through the portal so she could authorize a replacement prescription. I followed those instructions and submitted the report the same day — including the case number and officer contact info. It has now been three days, and I’ve received no response. I’ve been without medication for five days, and despite submitting two separate inquiries/complaints and twice yesterday and 3 times earlier today to request escalation, I have not received any contact from your team or a manager.
This ongoing lack of responsiveness is not only unprofessional — it has directly impacted my health and well-being. My mental health has been greatly affected by Medvidi's inability to properly provide medication management on a basis that is consistent to the treatment I require for my mental disability. I have not been able to perform well at work or in school due to these issues. I will be filing a complaint with the appropriate medical boards, reporting this to the Better Business Bureau, and leaving public reviews detailing the repeated negligence and communication breakdowns I’ve experienced. A comoany that is this unprofessional should not be overseeing or managing anybody's mental health.

Never admit when they make a mistake…
Never admit when they make a mistake and always charge you for it. Been charged for “no-show” fees then had the doctor no-show for the appointment with no compensation whatsoever even though it results in a lapse in treatment

Disappointing Experience — Unresponsive Care and No Flexibility for Legitimate Concerns. SKETCHY Chief Medical Officer.
This might save some people some time:
According to publicly available data, MedVidi’s Chief Medical Officer, (and self proclaimed “futurist” Dr. Laura Purdy has faced formal disciplinary actions in over 20 U.S. states. These include:
• Reprimands
• License suspensions
• Probation and monitoring
• License surrender
• Restrictions on practice
My review of MedVidi: Disappointing experience. Unresponsive and zero flexibility.
EDIT: I see that MexVidi has responded below. Perhaps this representative will be able to clarify: During which minute of my EIGHT minute intake appointment, while I was caring for my son with complex medical needs, was I supposed to research this drug to see if it was a good fit, AND advocate for myself?
I was genuinely hopeful when I turned to MedVidi for support managing my ADHD. I came to them during a very challenging season in my life: caring full-time for my medically complex child, balancing family responsibilities, and trying to stay afloat with work and school.
Unfortunately, the care I received did not meet even basic expectations.
My initial appointment lasted ***8 minutes***. I voiced concern about the prescribed medication, requested an alternative, and was ignored. Follow-up attempts were met with generic replies, a strict no-refund policy, and ultimately an offer for another appointment long after I'd already sought better care elsewhere.
Throughout this process, I remained respectful and persistent. I documented everything. I made it clear that I wasn’t seeking compensation beyond what I paid, just a fair and human response to a poor clinical experience.
Instead, I encountered a company culture that appears to prioritize rigid policy over patient care. Zero-exception refund policies are not a marker of professionalism. They’re a red flag especially when services are unsatisfactory or misaligned with patient needs.
After exhausting all support channels, I reached out directly to MedVidi’s executive leadership through LinkedIn and other professional platforms, including their CEO, CTO, CMO, and COO. I have yet to receive any acknowledgment.
I will be posting the full transcript of my correspondence with MedVidi’s support team, to ensure transparency for other prospective patients. I sincerely hope management takes this opportunity to reflect and reach out.
Until then, I cannot recommend MedVidi, and I urge anyone seeking truly patient-centered mental healthcare to look elsewhere.

AVOID!!!
AVOID!!!
Absolutely the WORST, money-grubbing, non-patient-centric ridiculous operation of any telehealth. Folks, they seek profits over quality care. I am now convinced this Emma person, their care coordinator, only issues texts and emails and replies to neither when I provide my pt hx. When one expects a concerned reply, the result is a "why are you not giving us your credit card?"
AVOID!!!
Once again, today, I received a text, but not as a reply to my inquiry, just a SIGN UP NOW. I have asked them twice for an answer to my Rx needs, and twice I get an agnostic, rude, send money.
AVOID!!!!!

Horrible, scam
Horrible. Do not use service. They are saying the prescriptions are sent, but when you connect with the pharmacies they say they are contacting (gave a name of the pharmacist), the pharmacy has no one under that name working. RED FLAG. Another thing, they sent it to a pharmacy and the pharmacy doesn't carry the brand or support telemedicine. Well MEDvidi tried saying otherwise on the phone, meanwhile I was standing in the pharmacy with the pharmacist allowing him to listen to the blatant lies. Will I be reporting this? Yes, I will be filing several complaints. Next stop is BBB and the board of medicine in my state. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. If you feel this is your only option, seek another option because this should not be considered.
Update. It is 5/6/2025. Still no prescription. Waiting on Doctor's signature for the past week. Finally found a pharmacy that will take their prescription and it takes a freaking week to get a doctor's signature? HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE
Update: 5/7/2025: Still Awaiting a physicians signature. Still the same automated reply, I have received two different schedule an appointment notifications.
Another 24 hours gone, waiting for a SIGNATURE?!
