This disaster of a company has gone from bad to worse. They messed up my first order, delayed shipping on items and now, they refuse to fix it. For over a year now, I am held hostage for an entire month waiting on supplies. The website is trash, it shows they are working on an order yet won’t give an est ship date. This is my last order, I am forced to go back to injections as I will not deal with this stress for another 3 years. If you are considering using this pathetic company, run the other way. Since the name change, they claim better days are here….no, better days will be when I do not have to deal with this substandard company anymore.

Every single year this company just gets worse and worse and worse and worse Waited on the phone for one hour and 40 minutes for technical support got sick and tired of waiting hung up. It is time for me to get a new insulin pump and it’s definitely time for me to go with a different company. Medtronic is a totally pathetic company ,that could care less about their customers or patients all business just like every other company out there all business all they care about is selling product and that’s it when it comes to maintenance trouble shooting technical support warranty forget it. They stand behind nothing they don’t even have the common courtesy to answer a phone. It’s time to move on to a different company definitely but they’re all the same unfortunately family thing any of these companies care about is money and profit and that is it just like the hospitals, money and profit and that is it

They sent me new pump and sensor with huge manuals and have followed all instructions and gotten absolutely no were. I am now back to sticking my finger because I can't get it to work. No support when I called other than we'll look into it and try in Feb. They sent me everything in small shipments over several weeks, so I had to not order my old sensors becathey were sending the new ones!!!!

I have used Medtronic insulin pumps for over 20 years, their technology used to be state of the art but now with the 780G series pump I am so disappointed at it’s performance I am totally done with Medtronic. Yesterday I had to change a sensor, the 3rd sensor with a new transmitter the sensor would not connect to the pump, the only way to get the sensor to connect to the pump was to take off a brand new sensor and un pair then re pair my transmitter I had this happen once before with the new transmitter that I remembered what the troubleshooting person said to do and it worked I called them to let them know but I was 18th in line so I waited a few minutes and left a call back number, my home, which I never received. I called back today was 9th in line did the same thing it took over an hour and a half for a call back, I was so frustrated I told the representative I didn’t want to talk about it and I expressed my extreme disappointment with Medtronic’s equipment my reason for sharing this is to warn you they used to be a great company but that is in the past, when you call for product support but have to listen to an ad about the device you already own, this should tell you all you need about this company’s priorities it is definitely profits over patients. I will be asking my Endocrinologist what he would recommend as a replacement the next time I see him, he has expressed disappointment with Medtronic in the past. Do they realize they are playing with peoples health and lives here? I think they are now just a profit center. I hope all the people who use Medtronic equipment have better experiences than I have, but I doubt it. Be careful with your diabetic choices I certainly will be looking for better therapies

Gestern kam eine Mail mit der Information, dass nur noch Android ab 13 in Zukunft funktionieren werden. Ich fragte nach, wie es mit den Versionen 14 und höher ausschaut und ab wann auf mehr Smartphones als derzeit funktionieren wird. Ich kriegte drei Stunden später einen freundlichen kompetenten Rückruf, bei dem alle Fragen zu meiner Zufriedenheit geklärt werden konnten. Sehr gut!

Simplera sensors are really not accurate, can only be applied on the arms back and now i had problems of early expiring of 3 sensors in a row. Before i had dexcom sensors and they were really more accurate and a single one lasts 10 days instead of 7. Medtronic is lucky to be the only one having their Inpen otherwise i would have changed already. By the way if you can choose do not go with Simplera.

Nach jahrelang guten bis sehr guten Erfahrungen mit Medtronic bin ich jetzt wirklich enttäuscht. Nach der tel. Zubehörbestellung für meine Insulinpumpe kam die Bestellbestätigung, die Lieferung jedoch blieb aus. Auf Nachfrage wurde mir in der Hotline erklärt, dass ein (von dreien!) Artikel meiner Bestellung vorerst nicht lieferbar sei und deshalb die Lieferung ohne Benachrichtigung b.a.w. verschoben ist. ??? Ich bin auf das Verbrauchsmaterial angewiesen und wäre auch mit einer Teilllieferung zufrieden gewesen. Zumal bei Ersatz Sensoren jedes zu ersetzende Exemplar einzeln verschickt und geliefert wird. Verpackungsmüll!! Das nächste Dilemma sind die Ersatz Sensoren. 20-25% starten mit "aktualisiert" um dann nach 3 Stunden zu wechseln sind oder wenn sie laufen, nur 3-5 Tage. Ich hoffe sehr, dass das ein "Ausnahmezustand" ist!?

La aplicación Carelink Connect ha dejado de funcionar con su última actualización. Da un mensaje que dice que el teléfono está liberado y no va a funcionar en él cuando eso no es cierto, no está rooteado tampoco. Con la anterior actualización sí funcionaba. Además hacen que funcione con versiones anteriores de Android que ya no son seguras. Está a punto de salir la versión 16 de Android y no funciona con la versión 15.
