It's a really good service but it's just too expensive! I wish they had options for students who can't afford 220 per a session. That’s a lot but I would recommend if you have the money.

Med School coach was VERY helpful in my experience. I started tutoring 3 weeks before my test date in hope to boost my score at the end, and I saw an improvement in such a short amount of time. Would definitely recommend.

Dr. Ng was an amazing advisor. 10/10 recommend, and the process was really easy. Help with my primary and PS were the main selling point to me, as I wanted someone with an MD and has served on an ADCOM to review my application thoroughly. In addition, the help with secondaries and interview prep (highly recommend) were well worth it. I appreciate everyone at MSC and Dr. Ng for helping me succeed during the COVID application cycle.

the MCAT tutor was great. When I did a trial meeting for a coach for my application, they said I had potential. Once I bought the package, he said I shouldn't apply, not nobody will get back to me on refunds (message sent at7:32 AM and voicemail left without response until almost 9:00, so not 2’minutes before I posted, thank you though...) or anything after I was discouraged from applying. I am so upset and hurt that they would do this after I put my trust in them to help me.

I had 3 different mock interviews. First off, I will say I was impressed by the quick availability of all the interviewers. I had an interview 4 days away so my need was urgent and I was surprised that I could do a mock interview with someone as early as the next day. All of my mock interviews were positive experiences overall. All 3 interviewers gave good feedback and I can honestly say I was well prepared for my actual interview. The one area for improvement I would say is in a couple of the cases it didn't seem like the interviewer really cared who I was or wanted to know more about me. I understand the primary mission is to improve my interview but for the price I'm paying I would like to have seen more of an effort from the interviewers to make a connection before diving right into the business side of things and asking me questions. In one case in particular the interviewer got on, told me their name and basically just started asking me questions - it just felt a little terse. That feedback aside it was really helpful overall!
