I purchased a pair of socks for my mother. She has another pair and is very impressed with the product! Unfortunately, my order has been delayed because of the holiday which is to be expected. When I e-mailed, the customer service representative was quick to get back to me and incredibly kind. He apologized for the delay and let me know that it was just sent out yesterday.
