It looks like we did receive your garment back, and it appears the Returns Team missed the internal note on your order to contact you once it arrived. We’re sincerely sorry about the inconvenience, and the delay in following up. It looks like we were waiting on additional details from you regarding what size you wanted to exchange it for which is why we were unable to ship out a replacement garment for you. After looking through our records, we weren’t able to locate any unanswered emails or voicemails from the contact information that we have on file for you. We never want a customer’s message to go unanswered, so if you’re able to provide us with information regarding your attempts to contact us, it may help us identify any potential gaps we may have in our customer communications.
