Amazing customer service! First time I’ve ordered from them and they were very responsive and helpful when I accidentally set up two different user accounts. Very fast shipping and item arrived as described.

My wife bought a stethoscope that was not delivery within the estimated time by UPS in Florida. As a result, her brother, who was in the US, did not receive the product before flying back to Brazil. However, we were lucky enough to have Robert Kaiser help us out. He kindly called the front desk at the hotel where my brother-in-law stayed and confirmed they were indeed holding our package. Robert then offered to ship the stethoscope to another address in the US. I happened to learn that a friend of mine is currently visiting the US and will receive our package. Robert, thank you very much for your assistance and kindness. Thiago

This was a tough one - the hotel was actually sold while the package sat there! I'm glad everything finally worked out.

The stethoscope arrived quickly. I was able to use a discount code so it saved me a little. Engraving was really nice. I would buy from here again.
