I ordered new covers for my littman stethoscope and the wrong ones came in the mail. The shipping was almost as much as the item. I called and was told they would refund full amount including the original shipping price pending receipt of return of incorrect items. So they went back, and I will wait for credit to my account. They advised me to call Littman directly for parts.

Shipping was fast and stethoscope was nice. I wish there was a way to preview the engraving on the stethoscope though. I don't really like the end of the engraving on my stethoscope because it overlapped with the original engraving of the littmann stethoscope. If I was able to preview the engraving, I would have just made the engraving shorter. I was looking forward to having a litmmann stethoscope and the engraving kind of disappointed me. Other than that everything else is okay.

It arrived pretty quickly and it works great, But I deducted a star because there was a sharpie like mark on the tubing part.

Coats were on backorder for 2 months, called repeatedly but no one had any idea when they would come. Then delivery was attempted on a Sat, the office was closed. Friendly customer service, great prices.

The website for select product and suggest the similar or additional is so good for customer excepted staff. Because I have a problem while I doing the payment but staff did not welling to help me even I tired to explain but they ignore my problem.

I love how fast the item shipped, great price, however I was not informed that it was a secure shipping item and I am a nurse at a clinic so I am not home during mail delivery business hours. I missed my delivery twice and needed the scope for work asap. Had to send my boyfriend to the post office while I was at work so that I could get it. I don't know why it was a secure signature package because I did not ask for that. Package did have some damage upon arrival but that is not the companies fault.

Been buying from them for about 5 years. The last order was a littman stethoscope, and the recommended case to put it in. the problem is the case. it is not designed to fit the stethoscope its recommended for. I contacted customer service, and in a nutshell, there solutions was just to cram it in there and make it fit, or i could return it at my own expense.. I sent a followup email, never got a response back. You spend over $200 on a stethoscope, another $30 for a case THAT THEY SAY FITS IT AND ITS THE ONE THEY RECOMMEND, and you get crappy customer service with an attitude. So i guess i will be buying from another company from now on

Disappointed that the company no longer offers free engravement when you purchase items from the company.
