Mail system is so confusing- I still don't have my product I purchased!
Whats the point of ordering something online and having it mailed to your house if you need a signature confirmation. I'm already too busy to go to a physical store and actually purchase the product then how will this system be any convenient for me? Not only that but it's been over a week and I still don't have my product because the mail system still has it.

Hello Leodegario Thank you for your feedback. We do use courier services that require a signature up delivery, we are sorry for any inconvenience caused by this. We use services that require a signature to ensure that all parcels are delivered securely. This also means if there is any query with the delivery there is a record of the recipient name and signature to show who has received the parcel. Kind Regards Medisave Customer Services
