I asked for cheapest delivery option, these guys sent it by U.S. Mail with signature delivery and tried to bring it 3 times at 9:30am. Who is home at that time? My son had to get it on Saturday or it would have been sent back. I was not asked, I would never have requested the delivery needing signature. I live in safe neighborhood, this was ridiculous.

Why, oh why, would you mail me some cheap stethoscope replacement parts in a manner that required me to be home to sign for them? And when I wasn't, I then had to go to the post office and stand in line forever to pick them up? I will never be ordering from your company again. Guess what? People who need stethoscope replacement parts need them fast - and most of us have jobs where there's no way we're going to be home when USPS comes calling at 3pm. And now we're going to have to take time off from our practice to go pick up the package. All while having a stethoscope that desperately needs its replacement parts. Which it doesn't have. Because they're sitting at the damn post office instead of on my front porch. Seriously - Amazon leaves way cooler stuff on my porch all the time. In 2 days. With free shipping. Which is why I'm ordering from them from now on. Thanks for nothing.

The basics - who cares? Ship and bill! Not only did the company, Medisave, Send to me the wrong item ( I ordered maroon, i got black) but I ordered and was billed for engraving, which they did not do) Then Medisave responded on this site - but then did no follow-up, and did not return phone calls or emails. Product great. Shipping horrible. Had it shipped to my work (I have never had a problem having things shipped here before). Tried delivering on Saturday, office closed. No delivery attempt on Monday. Called fed-ex and was told the way it was shipped didn't have Monday delivery. Asked to put a note on delivery that it is a business address and we closed at 5pm. Was not delivered by 5pm on Tuesday, called again to have it held at fed-ex and I would just pick it up myself. Package delivered after office was closed and signed for by cleaning staff. Will never order from this company again.

I purchased a stethoscope case with my order and both zippers fell off the second time I opened the case. I requested a return since it was defective. Instead of taking care of their customer, Medisave only initiated a refund for half what I paid for the case. Extremely dissatisfied with this site. I will not be buying from Medisave in the future.

My stethoscope was delivered to some random PO box rather than my address. There was no reason for this- I gave Medisave the correct address. Luckily, USPS figured it out. Also, the custom engraving is a bit sloppy looking. Wish I had ordered elsewhere, but I wanted to support a small business. The stethoscope itself is great, but I could have gotten it anywhere for the same price.
