Ordered stethoscope December 6th. Received emails December 11 that the item was fully dispatched on Dec 7th. Emailed December 22 asking for update since the item was still not received. I got no reply even called location multiple times to be greeted with a message saying the office was closed. After looking at their website it showed they were open during the times I called. I again sent an email on December 30th and received a generic update stating there are issues with shipping from 3M and USPS. I agree the USPS has their issues but never over 1 month especially when the item shipped from Connecticut to Pennsylvania. It's Jan 4th 2021 the item was ordered December 6th 2020 and I still don't have it. This is insane. I doubt that all the blame is with USPS. ***Just to be clear I still do not have any update on when I will receive this order.***

I ordered a stethoscope case and when it arrived, I could not fit the stethoscope in the case. When the case was closed, there was a bubble where the bell was situated. I did not feel that my expensive stethoscope would be protected at all in this case. When I called to refund the product, I was told that I would not refunded the original shipping, but I would also have to pay to ship it back. So I now have to find a shipping package, drive it to the post office, and ship it back at my cost. This is no way to do business. Next time, I will stick with my original decision and order it from Amazon.

Order date 12/14, receive date 12/30. Contacted to inquire about shipment two different times, was told two different things. Box does not contain Littmann Hologram I’ve had on prior purchases elsewhere. Engraving was well done. I’m uncertain if I’d purchase from this website again.

It took three weeks for the order to leave the warehouse and ship.

I placed my order on 12/17 for a littmann cardiology 4 stethoscope and paid for expedited processing/shipping since it was for a Christmas present. 2 hrs after placing the order, I received an email that the item was out of stock and that my order was placed on hold, but that they expected it back in stock soon. Since it was for a Christmas gift, 3-4 days later I went to check the status of my order and there were no updates and I had not received any email updates either, but my credit card had already been charged. Thought this was strange considering supposably my order was placed on hold pending item restock. I began to attempt to get ahold of them with absolutely no success!! I have called the number listed on the website multiple multiple times over the last 12 days and it always is busy and then hangs up! I have tried the virtual chat on the website with no response and have emailed them several times with no response! I understand things can become out of stock unexpectedly, but it is inappropriate to go ahead and charge someone for an item they have no idea when it'll be in stock and absolutely horrible business practice that they are completely unavailable to discuss those charges or that order!! If I could give a no star rating, I would!! I so wish I had read the reviews before placing my order for this stethoscope, because I would of definitely ordered with another company! If this can even be called a valid company, because to me it seems completely fraudulent! I am not sure how they have an average 4 star rating, because there are numerous bad reviews that have experienced the same issues I have. PLEASE, PLEASE read these negative reviews and take your business elsewhere!! I don't want you to end up in the same boat I am in with my credit card charged for $200 for an item that I don't think I will ever receive and no way to get my money back because they are completely unavailable to get in contact with!!! PLEASE BEWARE!!! THIS COMPANY IS FRAUDULENT!!!

Still haven't received my wife's Christmas present

Never responded to my emails. Still have not received the merchandise or a refund.

I ordered the stethoscope over a month and a half ago and still haven’t got it in time for Christmas. This is the absolute worst service I’ve ever received in any online order I’ve ever done. I will be demanding my money back soon.
