I have absolutely nothing negative to say about my online shopping experience. The site was easy to navigate and I found exactly what I was looking for. The personalized engraving on the stethoscope was done the same day as I placed my ordered (as promised on the site) and my purchase arrived exactly when it was supposed to. I originally selected 3-day shipping but realized I should have selected 2-day since my purchase was a gift and needed to arrive on time. I placed my order in the evening so I had to wait until the next morning to call Customer Service. The representative was incredibly helpful and was able to adjust the shipping instructions so my package would arrive on time. I have NEVER reviewed any company before but I simply couldn't resist this chance to commend this company on their outstanding service!
