I placed a fairly large order with Medisave for a school organization. I spoke with Robert Kaiser and worked directly with him. He was phenomenal in making sure the order process went smooth. The customer service and communication was excellent. In addition, my order was processed and shipped the same day it was placed even despite how big the order was. Ordered a Stethoscope with lazer engraving around 3:30pm, got a call around 3:50pm from them because my credit card had a different zip code than my shipping address (just moved but I was impressed they took the time to ask), and got confirmation of shipping around 4:40pm...I was truly amazed at their speed, it made the $1.99 for rush processing worth of entirely. I received the stethoscope when I was supposed to and the lazer engraving was spot on. I definitely found my first place to look for medical supplies!

Ordered an engraved stethoscope, at the last minute decided to change the inscription. Wasn't a problem at all! CSR notified me promptly that the change had been made and received my stethoscope sooner than promised!
