I ordered a Master Cardiology stethoscope with engraving and rushed shipping with FedEx Ground on 1/3/19, which was scheduled to arrive on 1/4/19. However, as luck would have it, the FedEx tracker claimed it was delivered on 1/4/19 with an indirect signature, but neither I nor my neighbors saw any package outside my apartment unit. After filing a claim with FedEx Ground and several emails/calls to FedEx and Medisave Customer Service, my package miraculously turned up right in front of my apartment door in the late afternoon on 1/12/19. The package arrived unopened. The stethoscope and its box were pristine condition. Love the engraving work too. It did give me a little heart attack for a week wondering where my package ended up.
