Arrived on time and in good condition with everything as expected. The only problem was that I had to pay an additional $5 for shipping after delivery because they underestimated the weight.

My scope is awesome, yet, getting it was the issue (avoid USPS). *Just be aware* Medisave requires an Actual Signature = you must be home when your package arrives. Medisave's chat was extremely helpful as opposed to their customer service rept over the phone. Other than that- I'm very happy with my scope (5 stars)!!!

Yes, it is the policy for order requires a signature upon receipt, this is is in place to ensure you also receive the parcel. some of our providers offer dynamic online tools that enable our customers to track, received notifications and even sign remotely for their packages. This could have been an option that might have been suitable for you. I had planned this to be a surprise gift, timed to arrive when the husband was not at home. Due to the need to have myself sign for the package upon arrival(which I did not select for), the surprise was ruined when my husband received the failure to deliver notice with the package information on it. Aside from this setback, all other parts of the service was acceptable and there was no problem.

Tara, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. Unfortunately, all of our packages require a signature upon delivery. If you were not going to be in at this time some of our providers offer dynamic online tools that enable our customers to track, received notifications and even sign remotely for their packages. This could have been an option that might have been suitable for you. However, as this wasn't the option you chose and the delivery address was the same address as the recipient's then they would see the delivery notice. Hopefully, you can go for that option in the future that would be more suitable for your needs. We hope you would still consider using our services in the future. I really like my stethoscope that I purchased, but the engraving was poorly done. I had my name engraved on my stethoscope, but my name has a faded appearance. I'm not happy with that.

Overall I really enjoyed the product, the thing that I did not like so much was the placement of the laser engraving. It's only visible if you look at it really closely, that was a bit disappointing.

Tried to buy a specific stethoscope but had problems making the order. At the end I had selected the wrong one, nothing could be done. Prices can be better in other sites but at that moment they were the only in stock

I was disappointed that the new Littman I ordered arrived a little scratched and half out of the box.

Only issue I had was that I had selected a stethoscope with colored tubing,I could swear that I paid attention to this detail, but the item came through as black tubing. Price, website and delivery were very acceptable.
