I placed an order few days ago and called the same day to add something to my design and got no response. The number no longer works and my order details is saying 404 page not available. I feel like this is a scam, I'm driving to the company because this is crazy.

Crappy company. Does not meet their promises, lies about shipping times. I paid for overnight service, and my delivery took over a week. Weather was bad, but this company did nothing to help the situation. I am front-line taking care of COVID-19 patients, and this company would not stand up to their promises, would not apologize or make the situation right. BOO MEDISAVE!

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I ordered a stethoscope and two weeks later I got an email when the item was suppose to arrive that it was back ordered which I was not notified of when I originally ordered otherwise I would not have purchased. Then I couldn’t get in contact with them and finally after almost a month and a half of not receiving a product and not being able to get in contact with customer service they contacted me and refunded me only the price of the stethoscope not the amount of shipping I payed for or the engraving price that I had requested. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company! Extremely dissatisfied!

Worst experience ever, order came missing

I STILL haven’t received my order. And when I go to the tracking info it doesn’t list anything. So I have no clue when it is even coming or if my order is coming at all.

Ordered a stethoscope as a Christmas gift from medisave as they were the only store to have it in stock. It did not ship until after New Years and received it on the 7th of January! I understand that Christmas is very busy for online retailers and would've been okay if the item arrived a few days after Christmas. However the fact that it didn't ship for nearly a month is not acceptable. There was no indication that this product was on back order before I purchased. Avoid buying here if you need your item within 2 weeks.

I ordered my stethoscope on 12/28, it was supposed to arrive on January 4th and I don't have it yet. No one has contacted me and USPS does not allow me to track the package.

I ordered my product on 12/13/20. It’s states that your order will ship out the next business day. If not you will receive email that it hasn’t shipped and expect a delay. I received order confirmation and my account was charged the next day. I never received shipping confirmation with tracking info or a email that my order was going to be delayed. I sent numerous emails online chats that were never returned. Until three weeks later that my order is on its way and not to reply to the email they sent. Absolutely no customer service. You send me several emails for my review. Here you go!! The product is great but medisave Is not. The reason I choose this stethoscope is because it was in stock! Will no longer do business with medisave. Good luck if you order from them.
