I ordered the Littman stethoscope with personalized engraving product on Thursday at 3:30 I received it by 11 am the next day! I was not expecting it until 5 days!The engraving is crisp clear and balanced! I love it

I only had to order replacement parts which did not cost alot of money. The company did notify me that the parts I needed was not in stock and they would ship me the item as soon as it was available. True to their word, the replacement part did come in pretty soon and I was able to use my stetoscope within 2 weeks.

No problems whatsoever when I ordered a replacement piece for my Littman stethoscope. I have not been in practice for some time, but I still wanted my stethoscope to be in working order. I ordered the part, it came promptly and fit perfectly.
