I purchased a Littmann Cardiology III stethoscope from the website. The information was detailed and had the best competitive price compared to other certified Littmann vendors. They have excellent customer service. Considering the weather (winter storm) at their location, they did their best to get the delivery (with regular shipping) to me on the West coast in a reasonable time. They sent an email to let me know they didn't have the special edition product in stock and offered my alternative options (ex. took care of shipping costs for another make) if I chose to get a stethoscope sooner. I decided to wait for my original order, and it came exactly as ordered within a reasonable turn-around time since the email. The engraving looks great as well - simple, clear, and clean. I am extremely pleased with their overall service. I would definitely order from their website again. The only thing I had hoped for was that their site offered more medical products and attire (ex. scrubs & lab coats).
