No issues - found the item i was looking for -placed the order, and received it in a few days. Email messages and updates were good and timely but the wording and appearance made me a bit apprehensive at first.

I ordered my stethoscope on a Thursday, it was shipped the same day and received on Saturday. I ordered the all black one as a graduation gift for my son and the engraving was perfect - he's going to love it!

Order processed and shipped at exceptional time. Order was exactly as described and what I needed. Would order again and give good recommendations to others

Excellent service and prices. Delivery was quicker than I would expect for an engraved stethoscope.
