They were really helpful, I had to call their 1800 number because their website was having difficulties and the rep told me to leave my comment in the message box with my order and then when my item arrived it was perfect!

I ordered a Littmann Cardiology III stethoscope from here and did the 2 day shipping. The packaging was adequate, my stethoscope is just as ordered (turquoise & smoke w/ name engraved), and it actually got to my home in 2 days! Anyone who tends to order things online will understand how uncanny that is. This is likely, in part, due to the fact that my order was processed and shipped within a couple hours of me placing my order. I am very pleased and will likely shop here again. (:
