I was extremely excited about ordering with this company because they had the best price for my medical equipment. When I received my order, however, the piece I paid to have engraved didn't have the engraving on it. I called up the company and they fixed it without hesitation. They sent me a 2-day priority shipping package so I could return my equipment, engraved it, and sent it out again 2-day priority shipping. The problem was fixed within 10 business days. Overall, I couldn't ask for better service! Thanks, Medisave!

Placed an order for a stethoscope that ended up being out of stock. Not sure how Medisave did it, but they got the product to me extremely quickly even though it was out of stock. The engraving was very professional looking. I will definitely purchase from them again, and I'll be sure to recommend them to my fellow nursing students.
