When I first got an email saying that my stethoscope from Medisave had been back ordered, I groaned loudly and told myself that the amazing prices and engraving options were obviously "too good to be true" and now I was stuck with an indefinite backorder on a product I needed asap. However, not only did Medisave keep me updated every step of the way and offer to cancel the order if I wished, someone personally called me the minute a shipment arrived (barely 4 days after the back order notice was sent) and let me know that my stethoscope was on the way! It arrived promptly, great quality and by far the best price I found anywhere. It is rare that you get to talk to a "live person" when you call a company, let alone have someone actually call you instead to give you an update. I def recommend them!!

the stethoscope was authentic. the engraving was in adequate font size and great aged gold color. over all very satisfied. budget shipping came early of it's ETA.

great price but i wish there was a screen that pops up when you plug your address in. If your area code was close to their building it should say "stop by if you live near we are in Ct!..... i spent an extra 13$ on 3erd say shipping and after it shipped i realised the store was the next town over... and fedex waited in till the 3erd day to deliver it... they held on to it for 2 days before delievery....
