I ordered a personalized engraved stethoscope and it was sent out about one hour after I ordered it. I ordered on Wed morning and the stethoscope was delivered to my daughter in nursing school on Friday morning. I did experience some problems with the web site but was in touch with the customer service people several times about getting my order to go thru...don't know if that had anything to do with the LIGHTNING FAST service but I appreciate it and will order from them again!!

I had reservations because it was so cheap (after engraving and shipping not so much, but would have been cheap had I been willing to wait). Excellent stethoscope, genuine Littmann (I wondered because of the price). Definitely would recommend to any nurse looking for scope after being driven to the poor house by nursing school!
