We do have other options for shipping. USPS Priority mail offers the best pricing - so we can offer free shipping on orders over $125. All packages do require signature as detailed in our shipping terms and conditions. It insures that the packages are properly accounted for door to door.

I'm sorry that you were not completely satisfied with your purchase. Color can be notoriously difficult to convey online. Each monitor and, in fact, the light in the room can dramatically change the tone of the image. It is for this reason that we specify; "All images of products are purely for illustration only, and do not form part of the description of the product." on our Conditions of Use page. That said, we do want you and your new nurse to be happy with your stethoscope and would gladly switch the engraved chestpiece to another binaural Free of Charge provided that they share the same chespiece and are in stock. The only expense to you would be freight back to us - we will make the exchange and ship back to you at our expense. We're sorry that you were not completely satisfied with your engraving. Some models provide only a small area in which to put the engraving. We do require a signature but there are a few ways to avoid having to be there to receive the package. Most carriers will accept a note or signed door tag (we have blank copies) as the signature requirement.
