I had trouble ordering the first time …
I had trouble ordering the first time and ended up having to reorder. It was a gift and as the receiving end opened it up we soon found that there were no engravings which I asked for and even called to have the order double checked. Very upset... The only reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because the representatives were polite and helpful.

Would not do again
I would have never ordered from them had I known you MUST be present to sign package. Our mail carrier is horrendous and I ended up having to try and hunt my package down at different post offices. Also the engraving was more like a print that actually partially rubbed off before I even opened the package.

I ordered this product over a week ago …
I ordered this product over a week ago and was supposed to get shipping in a few days, but it's been over a week! I'm a physician and a stethoscope is a tool I use on a daily basis. I wanted to support this company, but I'll just go to Amazon next time because I've never had issues with delivery from them.

Outrageous shipment policies
Outrageous shipment policies. I was in need of my new stethoscope and these people put "signature required" for a simple stethoscope. This led to the delivery being severely delayed, especially with how much I paid for shipping.

Poor Engraving
Fast delivery, great product - but very unhappy with the engraving - some of the letters can't be seen and the engraving is tiny - wasn't worth the added money. Overall very unhappy with product due to very poor engraving ! The stethoscope is amazing - just disappointed
