I'm sorry for the delay. We do have a very high order volume at the moment. Your order was placed on December 2nd and shipped on December 10th. Weekend days are not counted as production days.

My experience with this company was terrible. I ordered my wife a Cardiology IV in the color Raspberry in early November. When I ordered, it was noted on the website that it was likely to ship within 5 business days due to delays from the manufacturer. When I called to check the status of my order a month later, they told me I shouldn't expect my order until after the New Year, if I was lucky. Don't waste your time with this company.

I apologize for the delay with your order. These are trying times with production and delivery issues from 3M Littmann like so many manufacturers in our current, pandemic burdened economy. While updates from Littmann can be vague to say the least we always have the option of switching to another color combination that is in stock in that same stethoscope model.

Muy mala, hasta parece fraude. Han pasado dos meses y no llega mi estetoscopio. Primero dicen que esta out of stock, después de semanas supuestamente lo mandan y nunca llega al destino. Se realizó esto en dos ocasiones y nunca llegó. Me dicen que no se puede regresar el dinero porque esta grabado. Finalmente propongo pagar para que lo envíen a otra dirección y por medio de otra paquetería, para que me llegue otro correo diciéndome que esta out of stock de nuevo... ¿Cómo es posible, si supuestamente esta grabado mi estetoscopio? Pésimo. No lo recomiendo.

These are trying times. Supply issues are, unfortunately, part of the current economy. The issue with your order, however, is that you gave us an incomplete address. The package was held by the postal service and, when it was finally returned, you instructed us to ship it again to the same address with the same result. We ultimately processed three shipping labels for one order. We do ask our customers to carefully check all the details of their orders once we send the order confirmation.

Ordered my stethoscope over a week ago. I paid extra to have it delivered with UPS. Someone put in the wrong tracking information and now the Stethoscope can’t be found.

Toi, As discussed - UPS is in the process of investigating this issue. To be clear, the tracking number you received is correct and the package was sent. UPS has not scanned the package and though we are confident it is moving through the UPS system, we unfortunately have no way to confirm that. I apologize again for the delay and the frustration. We do see this from time to time. I am watching this shipment and others in the same state from the same day closely. Sent me the wrong order and then will not send my correct order until they receive the wrong order back, from across the country. Not reliable and no discount for sending the wrong item, even though it is for a new job. Go someplace else!

I ordered an ID plate for my stethoscope and paid for an engraving on it. When it came, the plate was blank. No engraving. I was very disappointed.

Jayme, Sorry for the trouble with this order. There are two plates that come with these; a white one on which you can write on with a sharpie and a silver one that we laser engrave. They can sometimes stick to the packaging, tag or each other. Did you receive both and the silver one did was not engraved? We typically engrave names - on your order is shows 3M Littmann as the engraving. Is that what you wanted? I'd be happy to send you a new engraved plate. Email me directly at [email protected]

Your order shipped the same day it was placed and was delivered March 1st. Your ship to address appears to be a Freight Forwarding Firm. As a policy, we do not ship to these companies. There are a variety of issues but this is one. An agent for that company signed for this package and it is now in their custody. If your account information with this firm is missing or incorrect that can delay delivery to you considerably. Rating should be zero. I ordered a Welch A. otoscope with a throat illuminator. Website said it would be shipped to me the next day. Nearly a month later had not received the otoscope. I finally receive it and the throat illuminator for which I paid extra for was missing from the case. I send Medisave an email explaining and their answer was- the package was delivered. I sent yet another email with a picture of the open case and the invoice, still have not received an answer. I suggest you buy from a different company. Oh and PS they don’t answer their phones either.

Linda, Again, I'm sorry that this order did not meet your expectation. The otoscope you ordered was out of stock and, given the pandemic, getting restocked from our supplier has taken a little longer than expected. As we discussed, this product was not missing anything. The specific function you are looking for is a simple reconfiguration of the supplied components. I sent a copy of the instructions which were included with the device and will send photographs as well that should be helpful.
